Went to buy my son a bike 20' and was told that what they had on the floor was all they had and all they would be getting. Settled on a girls bike that was semi gender neutral (not that he would have really cared, unless the bike had been pink and purple) only to go in the following week and see a boys version of the bike I had just bought. Pretty disappointed as I would have preferred the boys version as the colours were less bland. Employee response: Oh that must have been in the back

We bought an e-bike (Giant Liv) for my wife and she was so pleased with the service, attention to details, and the bike... well the bike is the best thing ever. She now can come and join me on my long bike rides and doesn't tire. We are both very pleased with the brand and its performance.

Had my bike in for a tune-up .also mentioned it had a noise from the rear brakes.. picked it up once they said the repairs was done ...went to go for a bike ride next day .. the noise I asked them to look at was worse then when I brought it in ..couldn't even ride it do to the noise been worse then before

My partner and I stopped in at Wild Bike whilst bikepacking Canada north to South, and after 2500km Terrace was the first place with a bike shop, and so very happy it was Wild Bike. The staff were really friendly and genuine, and the young lad's enthusiasm towards steel frames was refreshing. We stocked up on much needed gear which was all very well priced, and the service of the bikes themselves well done and all done in one day with no reservation so we were back on the road in no time. Thanks Wild Bike!
