TD Insurance Auto Centre

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm taking all my business including bank accounts to a different provider. I've been trying to reach an adjuster about my claim for over 3 weeks now, calling every day for an update but no one gets back to me. This is unacceptable TD. You've lost my business and my family's as well.

Went with the body shop at the auto center on TD's recommendation. Service was quick and staff were courteous. The repair was done within a reasonable timeframe and turned out well. Thanks.

Horrible service and communication, and not sure how anyone can say they had a good experience. NO updates, several delays and new estimated pick-up date. No one seems to know the status of the car. Phoning them, you get rude reply. First said deductible waived then went to pick it up, and they tried to charge 500. Adjuster never picks up the phone..... come on never again

Very poor car insurance service. TD Insurance was very nice to me when they wanted the payments, now I made and accident (Not my fault) and need help, they don't care. Unbelievable ! So not good!

Stephie from the reception is so polite, she really help us feel comfortable and also my adjuster Jencelyn made me feel at ease knowing, that my car was in the best hands, appreciate it.

I have had an incredibly poor experience with this auto centre. My car sat in the shop for 5 months before it was returned to me with more damage. They replaced my rotor with aftermarket parts and my brakes now squeak. My tires have flat spotted and need to be replaced. There has been a complete and total lack of communication throughout this entire process. I am VERY disappointed. If you are with TD insurance I highly encourage you to switch companies and to refuse to have your car repaired at their body shop.

Got into an accident in January now it’s almost April they are withholding my car. Poor customer service. Never ever getting my insurance with them anymore!!! Do not recommend them. They are fraud!! If I have to write about the bad services there will be books written. All the five star reviews they got is from their employees and mechanics. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Got rear-ended last week, filed the case and assigned an appointment on Sat morning and went to the TD auto centre there, closed. Called the advisor and all the numbers i can find, no one answered. Left msgs and now Monday still no one contacted me!! What type of service is it?????

My car got rear-ended and the entire claim process had been pretty seamless. The claim adjuster helped me arrange everything, she contacted the auto repair shop to get a quote, reserved the rental car for me and was reasonably quick to respond to my emails.When I arrived at the claim center to drop off my car, I was greeted by friendly staff immediately and they contacted Enterprise to come drop off the rental car for me.The staff at the repair shop was courteous and professional. She explained everything to me and gave me a estimated time of completion. The whole ordeal only took 30 minutes before I drove away in the rental.Within a week, they called me to pick up the car. I dropped off the rental car at TD claim center (they contacted Enterprise to pick it up) and was once again greeted immediately. The staff there were very nice, they kept talking to my young kids and kept them occupied while I did the paperwork. They even offered my kids hot chocolate.The repair work on my car is good. The damaged parts were replaced.Hope this review put some of you at ease after reading some of the other not so glowing reviews.

I got rear-ended and was asked by TD Insurance to bring my car here. After I got my car back, the Bluetooth on my radio was blown, and the plastic guard around my gear box was loose and falling off.I mentioned both to them. They tried to fix the loose plastic, but were unable to do so and gave the car back to me with it broken.As for the Bluetooth, they told me I need to have proof that they broke it, otherwise it is considered normal wear and tear. Of course I don't have proof, I don't take photos / videos of what was working before I gave my car to them. Ridiculous, that normal wear and tear is considered it no longer working coincidentally after they had my car in for repairs.Worst shop, and very poor service.
