We were looking to have a tv installed in our office front window. I called Cottage Country Audio Video and Muskoka Audio Video. Cottage Country was very quick to respond. They came into the office, checked the space out and sent me a quote. Very Professional. While Muskoka Audio Video were extremely rude. They quoted me only over the phone, refused to send me a quote. Also quoted $1000 more than Cottage Country for the same work. And then they informed me they did not want to deal with us. Which I am grateful because the professionalism we got from Cottage Country was amazing. We've yet to get to the final install but the response to our dilemma with a too high TV above a mantel and fireplace was expertly diagnosed by Mark and Jake.Looking forward to the pending install and very impressed with their customer service and insight, as well as very competitive pricing with excellent components.Part II: After finally getting our TV and internet hookup from our service provider, Mark and Jake were promptly back and expertly mounting our new Samsung and Sonos Beam on an articulating mount that allows for so many viewing angles.
