I had a chronic lower back for a year or so and acupuncture was my last resort. I went to see Lisa, but I think they are more into making money than actually treating patient. For the 1rst apointment, she saw me 5 min, and was already selling me a 70$ powder without really understanding if I had a choice or not. Each treatment I was cold, left alone for the time being and every time my condition was worst than when I started. I tried to explain the next session, but she wasnt changing anything. Every session Lisa spent no more than 5 min with me. I tried another acunpcture after and oh my the diference is insane, after the same amount of session my pain is almost gone! Lisa never took my pulse and watch my tongue only litterally 2second the 1rst time. This is not chinese medicine!

Lisa Kervin has been my acupuncture therapist for the past 10 years. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She is extremely thorough, in both her diagnosis of problems and in her prescribed treatments, to alleviate the problems. Her office offers a VERY clean, comfortable, and quiet environment. Her staff have, also, always been very helpful, understanding and accommodating over the years. I was referred to Lisa Kervin by my General Practitioner and The Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic. I’ve been receiving acupuncture treatment from Lisa Kervin for several years now. It has definitely improved my life. I suffer from chronic insomnia, anxiety, depression and have had shoulder and lower back pain due to injuries. The treatment really helps and it doesn’t hurt, in fact it is relaxing. I always leave there feeling better than I did when I went in. The office is very clean. Professional and friendly service. Lisa is so lovely and a natural healer. She listens, is extremely intelligent and can help with any issue whether it's physical or emotional. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well being.

Receptionist is rude, inconsiderate and has no bed side manner. Lisa is a skilled acupuncturist however the atmosphere is negative, feeling like a conveyor belt, and the receptionist needs improvement. 75 dollars for a 10 minute appointment is a lot and then to be treated negatively. I'm over it, and finding a different acupuncturist.

The staff are all courteous, knowledgable, and a pleasure to deal with. Have been for both accupuncture with Lisa & massage with Jacob, both of whom have top notch professionalism and skill in their trade. Parking is easy & plentiful, and facility is impeccably clean.
