Centro Square Condos - Tower A

This place is quite nice, however the elevators are not working almost every time I come here. They should really fix the elevators because it takes hella long waiting.

incompetent management of building

According to management and cleaning crew, the best time to take out of service and clean each one of our 3 elevators is during morning rush hour. I have waited up to 10 minutes for an elevator many mornings. When the elevator does come people are forced to cram into the elevator due to a lack of alternative options. And a hen you want to complain to management about it they are never available in office (door locked with “by appointment only sign) don’t answer phones and rarely call you back when you leave a message. This leaves the poorly equipped and ill prepared security guards picking up the slack, completing tasks that do not fall under their job outline and that require them to effectively leave their post taking them away from doing what they are supposed to, ensuring safety. Previous management company was 100% better. Bring them back.

If you'd like to wake up daily to a fake fire alarm in the middle of the night, Poor & RUDE management, and 100 other negative things this is the home for you. 1 Star does not justify how terrible this condo is. Live anywhere else in Vaughan!

I really wish the front desk would pick up the phone at least occasionally when you called. Not once have they ever answered the phone. Why do you even have a phone number?

Excellent apartment building. In an unbeatable location, with 3 different plazas around it, 5 different bus routes, and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station at only 1.5km or 15 minutes walking. All major bank branches, LCBO, Home Depot, Costco, Staples and Walmart less than 5 minute walking.
