We hired Paul Hahn & Co. to regulate, tune and replace keytops on a 75 year old Baldwin that had been through 3 moves without being tuned. The work was completed ahead of schedule and under budget, and the results are spectacular - our piano has never sounded better. Chris was polite and informative and explained everything he was doing (I learned a lot about my piano). Neal was a pleasure to deal with on the logistics side. Head Technician Jamie provided perfect support behind the scenes. I will not hesitate to go back to Paul Hahn & Co. for whatever my piano needs, and would recommend to all without hesitation.

I had two tuning services done with Paul Hahn & Co. and both times my piano ended up sounding much better than the previous tuner that I was with. This company is great to deal with, and I love the ease of booking services online as well as the flexibility for payment. Definitely recommend them!

Today is my birthday. The classical concert we planned to go to was cancelled. We decided to perform in private. We found our venue at Paul Hahn & Co. Alex Hahn accommodated our booking, even after hours. The store gave us a warm reception. The piano room was downstairs and private. The staff was kind to us. For two hours, we stumbled through Bach. The experience was joyful and humbling. It's a luxury to attend concerts. It's a pleasure to feast on the fruits of musical labor. We are excited for concerts to return. Until then, Paul Hanh & Co. is the place you should go.Edit: My birthday was great! Thank you Paul Hanh & Co.

No matter what my concern, Chris knows the fix. He is the piano whisperer! He tunes and does his magical adjustments and the sound of my 100 year old upright gets more subtle, rich and colorful every time. Great service, brilliant results. Unreservedly recommended.

I have had my piano moved two times previously. The last time it was moved the finished was damaged in a number of places and had to be repaired so I was a bit nervous moving it once again. However, I didn't need to worry. Francesco and Johnny are experts at what they do. They made moving my piano look like they were moving a chair. I am so pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Rosedale Piano Movers. Thank you so much!

Great place to purchase a piano from or have it serviced at a great price. An acoustic piano is a fine and complex instrument and Neale is an expert!
