Joe was recommended to me by a family member. As a first-time homebuyer, he took the time to answer all of my concerns and questions and did so with the utmost patience. On the day of the inspection, he arrived early and was extremely thorough, even taking the time to point things out to me along the way. He submitted his report within 24 hours and it was very clear. Stand-up guy and very professional. I cannot recommend him enough!

Excellent service! Joe is very thorough and often goes beyond what other inspectors will do.He is always on time. If you follow him around during the inspection, he'll take the time to explain things to you. He will do a quick summary with you as he completes the inspection, so you have an idea of what his report will contain. His reports are very well written, provided in a timely manner, and are not generic as I have seen some inspectors provide.Definitely my first and only choice when I need an inspector.
