An efficient and quick place to get your Driver's Tests and Security Guard Training Tests done.Place is well designed, with plenty of seating areas and booths depending on the type of work you are there for. On the left side, there's a large area for online/offline testing through computers with 20+ stations.Although this place is almost the border of Toronto, it's well worth to come out all the way to get your security licensing / test examination done.

I came for my G test today and had examiner 312 accompany me from lot 9. She is a blonde, middle aged white woman who had nothing but a bad attitude the entire exam. Also asking questions for clarification is clearly a problem for her? Anyway she needs to consider that people come out of their way to pay their hard earnings to attempt these exams. With the anxiety and nerves that come, we don't need an unpleasant person to direct their personal problems at people they don't know. Such a bad experience, so rude, impatient, and lacks common respect.

I went on a tuesday at noon (12pm) to take my G1 test. I took a number, sat down, and waited for about 1 to 1.5 hours to be called to the counter and take the knowledge test. They accepted my experience from outside of Canada (it's necessary to bring a document from the consulate of the country where the experience was gained, issued within the past 6 months). The staff were polite and attentive. Considering that all the centers have long lines and there's not much you can do about it, I thought my wait was okay, and overall, my experience was positive!

This is the worst place to do drivetest along with the vic park location. At this location I did my g2 twice with a lady who works there and she was black. Cannot remember her name but she was rolling her eyes as she got in my car. Did not say a single word in the car. Did not direct me but yell commands and didn't even say nothing but toss me a paper and left the car. Extremely poor and rude behavior. Is that how you communicate with humans ? Let alone the public?

I came here for both my G2 and G test. Each time I waited for well over an hour past my appointment time in a hot car. This is not including the fact that they told me to come a half hour early. They should not be booking tests so close together if they going over an hour over schedule each time. The 2 stars are because the testers themselves are incredibly kind and deserve some credit.

A little confusing at first, no one told us we had to park at the back for the G test. So we wasted time, because the staff won't talk to you unless they've called your number. But we did find a really helpful staff member that explained it to us, and then we were fine. The examiner was awesome, very calm and patient, really made my son feel confidant and comfortable during the test. Thank you sir!

Counter 3 lady was so friendly and explained in detail.Lady in the computer test counter was cheerful friendly and illustrative.It took half an hour to wait and then test time depends upon as long as we take to complete.Guys make sure to learn well the rules than signs.

Went there Friday morning at 7:30 am. 4-5 people were in the line before me. Got the number and Waited 15 minutes to be called. Lady with the red braided hair who served me was rude and impatient. Her attitude affected my mood but still I passed my G1 test. It took me an hour to get everything done ✔️

No matter how many times people write their experience no action ever will be taken. This is far most the most Terrible place i have visited. They are unprofessional and all they want is your money. Its a loot system they havs going on. They will have a QUOTA per day as in to pass only some drivers. Once they complete their quots they will fail no matter what. I went to give in my G and my examiner didn’t even give proper reason why he failed .do yourself a favor and dont book your test here please.

First off, the place was crowded and the staff were very slow to process people's needs. After 3 hours of wait, we finally got attended to. But the lady behind the counter was short-tempered and did not want to process our work. She took 20 minutes to verify my Driver License and then said she couldn't verify the license and she refused to respond to anything or answer any questions. This is while the license was original and authentic, and I drove legitimately and frequently with it -- even checked by the police on occasion. Overall, I think you should go to any other branch of Drive Test you can reach. Avoid this branch like the plague.
