CIBC Branch with ATM

Busy area with little to no up keeping, this branch is dirty in and out .The bank should be encouraged to contribute to the community by contributing to the cleanes of its area.

April 20 2023 went back to this branch and I had the worst financial advisor on the planet. He could not explain the summary that the bank sent me. How am I supposed to understand the summary if their own advisor couldn't? To make matters worse, he had no customer service skills at all. So today, I decided that I will not do any more business with CIBC and will move all my business to Bank of Nova Scotia.

Worst ever CIBC branch I ever have seen. It opens up with one CSR always despite a long line of clients waiting. The incharge never bothers to attend any complaints and the CSRs are very rude. They should close this branch if they don't want to serve their account holders.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ridiculous customer service, come to the store at 3:30 pm and don't get served until 5 pm, when I get told they're not taking any customers because they're closed. 5 teller locations yet 1 person working.

I love going to CIBC Hurontario and Dundas. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is a handsome young man name Christopher Petsani, he is a very helpful person. Customer service has a face, it is CHRISTOPHER PETSANI. Thank you Christopher for making my banking experience wonderful.

This CIBC location is worst. Today there was huge line up and only one teller was working. I been there many times and had a very bad experiences. They really don't care about their customer's value and their time. Very very disappointed. I will switch my bank soon.

We went in to open Business account at this branch at April 5th 2023 at 1:28pm and there wa some lady who assisted us to get an appointment at the teller and she said she doesn’t have a date until 13th of April and we really needed the account faster than that so we asked if it’s possible to make it early and she referred to go check on any other branches and I was curious and asked since I’m in the area should I try other banks near like TD or RBC and she immediately replied “ yes you should try them “But I did not expect that from a teller from CIBC actually referring me to go to other bank , well I guess that employee doesn’t care about bringing more business to CIBC .

Worse bank to go to, they have 5 counters but apparently only 1 working staff, who’s so slow that it’s questionable if that person even know how to do their job. I waited in line for 45 mins to get a bank draft

The worst experience, I went to add my spouse to my account, the representative change the account to my spouse name and made me secondary account holder. What degree of product knowledge should I say? And now they asking me to go back with my spouse to undo the error.

It’s great there’s an ATM. I’ve been using this bank since the 90s. Customer service has never improved. This place sends people to lunch at a busy time on a pay day. CIBC is closing local banks or reducing services in some branches. This pushes more people to actual working branches but then CIBC unserved these locations. All banks and part of an oligopoly. They don’t compete and never take a loss.
