Staff are polite. Drs seem to always be rushing patients and blowing off there concerns. It used to be alot better. Hopefully this only happened due to covid and Hopefully they will return to be the way they were 5 yes ago

Glad I checked the reviews which warned there might be a long wait. I waited 3 hours but within that time I did have a number of tests done so the time wait wasnt horrible. All the staff was very friendly and pleasant, when I got in to see Dr Francis I only waited maybe 5 mins before he came in. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and I was pleased with his assessmentNext time I will have my husband drop me off an call him when I'm finished.Building is old and out of date compared to some DRS offices I've been to, but clean

The PA Health Centre has gone down hill and rather quickly. An appointment was booked for 1030 this morning . Arrived in time to the clinic. The issue is there we’re probably 10 plus people who were checking in on the main floor. So you wait in line. You finally get up to the desk, present your health card and are told it is 1036, and you missed your appointment. You explain you were here and waiting in line. You are told the dr has cancelled the appointment and you have to reschedule. Again you query as to how this can happen when you are at the clinic prior to your scheduled time. You had no idea it would take longer than usual to check in and your appointment gets scheduled. Needless to say I am appalled and disgusted that you have a broken system and the patient pays the price. Shame on you! Contacted the HR dept and management of the facility. Still waiting for a response. Do not expect one as after all these facilities do not give a dam as they know there is a shortage of drs . Terribly disgusted and appalled.

Place is way over packed with people at all times. Seeing any specialists, prepare to wait at least an hour.

This review is for the property owner. The elevator broke down and the only way to get out of the lower level if you are in a wheel chair is up the stairs with the assistance of other patients who are waiting and one lovely receptionist helped as well to lift my grandfather up the stairs. Shouldn't there be an exit or a back up elevator? There must be government assistance if they cannot afford to do this. I'm dreading to go back there for the next appointment. Make sure you call in advance to make sure the elevator works or waste your time driving there.

I love my doctor here. He is always on time or early which I appreciate when having to hold a squirmy toddler. The counter staff are good for the most part. One time I had to wait here for 3 hours for the walk-in clinic....but just today I got in immediately. I guess it depends when you go. I know we generally don't go here unless we are sick or hurt, but we can catch more flies with honey than vinegar...that goes for both sides of the counter. ;)

I’m very grateful to have such a great doctor. He’s always been kind and shows compassion. I don’t have to wait long for my appointment, even pre-Covid.His secretary is awesome she’s always helpful and makes me feel comfortable.

I was told by the walk in clinics that i had been to the last 3 times that I really need to see my doctor due to ongoing issues. An apt was booked and was then cancelled by my doctor as she was sick, but i was told to come to the walk in clinic. I arrived just after 9am (hrs posted on their site AND was told that by the receptionist) and didnt make the cut off 10 min after 9 as it was unknown to me you can go at 8am (nor was it mentioned) so my doctor cancelled, i cant see her even at the walk in clinic so what is the point of having a family doctor???

Aside from the occasional long waits, they do run a very good clinic here. They only get four stars primarily because it’s quite often very difficult to reach someone by phone.
