I was missing my hashbrowns from my order and called the location to let them know. The Manager said that he will come out and give it to me as I had my kids with me. He even wrote sorry on the bag :). Amazing service from the Manager as he is always pleasant whenever he is serving at the drive-thru window.

Worst experience this morning waited half an hour to get breakfast ,ordered and at window employee told me debit machine not working all over order on phone or I cannot give ur order… i think tim hortons charge their employees if they had given me my order and at the window employee just shut the window at my face very rude…macdonald is better if it happens at any they wont ask any mobile order…just put the sign at enterance then people should know before

This Tim hortons location never gets your order right, at all!! Just ordered 2 farmers sausage combos, come home and the sausage is missing. I frequently go here because it's on my way to work near my house, no matter what I order it's always wrong or something is missing...management really needs to retrain their staff. I can understand errors may happen sometimes, but this location is frequently prone to errors

Tim, you need to work on your customer service skills at this location. Please train them some manners on how to speak with customers when taking orders. This is my everyday place to visit. Tone of voice and body language is not welcoming but rude.

Pathetic service.Talk to manager about the service at 10.30 am on 28th june 2023. She replied rudely this what it is.No shame at allCoffee was cold and tea is very hot . My partner burnt his mouth. Not marked which drink is coffee and tea ?? Didn't provide sleeves for hot drink.Even drinks are not as ordered.I would not recommend it for anyone. Will never go there even if they served free.

Frustrated and rude staff!!! I ordered very clearly 2 coffees, the lady at drive through made me repeat several times my order which is fine sometimes the voice is not audible enough for them, when I went to pay I asked if there are 2 coffees, she made a weird face by talking to the other girl in punjabi yrrr ki aaa ik hor blah blah,, seriously this is ur customer service, I don’t understand why r u working if u don’t feel like doing ur job in the night shift. On the top of that yu r giving me attitude as I placed the wrong order. Girl get ur ears fixed,,,, horrible location.

Very rude staff, I'm not sure if she was the Manager, but if your staff gets the order wrong, don't take it out on the Customers. Leave the attitude behind. We just want what we paid for. Don't even reply to the reviews because you showed your real colours in person. I will not be coming back to this location. Do better as a human being. Let there be Peace!!

Need more improvement in cleaning management of the tim Hortans have to hire more employees for providing fast service , cleaning , but they didn’t hire just only push to thier employees for doing work more fast as 2people

I am constantly visiting their location it’s near from my house for a job and every time I approach team members working their to call the manager they don’t call the manager. Instead question do you have experience in Tim Hortons . We hire only experienced once’s. Seriously they are team members not the manager to tell so. They are not polite as well. This franchise has to be improved in customer greeting.
