I seem to have joined a growing group of people who have made payment to Anchor Fabrics but have not received receipt of payment or acknowledgement of order.Furthermore, The Contact Us page is broken, there is no email address available and the phone number on the site is not connected.There seem to be replies to reviews here by a person named Lynn stating that they are having issues with their phone and internet provider but these so-called issues don't seem to prevent their eCommerce site from taking payment.I found Anchor Fabric's Instagram page, sent a private message but have not heard back from them for four days.Update: PayPal refunded my money.

Do not order from this company online! They will take your money and not ship your order. I made several attempts to contact them by phone and email with no response. I had to contact Visa to get a refund - case is pending.

Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. No confirmation for my paid order. Phone number listed on website out of service and links to contact us is broken. No replies to e-mails. Now trying to cancel my order with a credit card gift card company I used to pay, which is a whole other headache

Just placed order yesterday 3/15/2021, I usually do my research on companies before ordering on-line and did not. I cannot find a way to contact Anchor Fabrics by phone, email, or completing their support form, none of the above works. I will file a dispute with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. Never have had this happen and hoping for a full credit back to my credit card.

Lynn at Anchor Fabrics was incredibly helpful in my recent purchase. I wanted to change my shipping address after I placed my order. Initially it was difficult to get a hold of someone, but once I connected with Lynn she was very responsive and helpful. She tracked down the shipping company (twice) for me to clarify things and ensure they were sending the parcel to the correct address. Later, when I had questions about another product I needed to buy she was super helpful, providing me with links and lots of info on what products would be best for me, and why. Thank you Lynn, I appreciate your help!

Placed order Feb 27 2021. Money was removed from my account with no confirmation of order or shipping information. Tried to contact via email with no success and phone number is not in service. I am now going through my bank to dispute the charge. Buyer Beware.

I have never had such difficulty with a company before. After 2 weeks of not receiving any notice about the status of my order, I left a number of messages on their answering machine trying to see what was going on. No one called me back. I then tried to email them from the contact page on their website, but the emails wouldn’t go through. I finally got a hold of Lynn, a customer service rep, that had helped me with a past order, and she finally managed to get most of my order shipped. The remainder of it was cancelled and I was supposed to receive a refund. After waiting for over a week, I tried to get in touch with them again to see how long it would take to receive it. I left another message on their machine that went unanswered (again) and attempted to send another email through their website, which didn’t work (again). I didn’t even get a response from Lynn to my personal emails (2 of them) pleading with her to help me! After 3 weeks of not hearing back from anyone, I had to go through my credit card company to receive my refund. To her credit, Lynn was very helpful when she did assist me, however, I just expect more from a business. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for someone to check the answering machine everyday and follow up with customer’s concerns.

I think the company has some technical difficulties going on. Ordered and paid for samples in Dec 2020. No order confirmation, voicemail full, contact form on website is down. No email response to multiple enquiries. Luckily I had paid via Paypal and got my money back via dispute. Looks like a great place to shop but hopefully will get their technology/communications up again soon. Best wishes.

I place an order for over $150.00 on March 4 which was was charged to my credit card the very next day. Like everyone else here, I tried to contact the company by phone (which is out of service) and by email (that will not go through) to check on the status of my order. Anchor Fabrics never sent me a confirmation of order or of shipping. Extremely annoyed. I also contacted the BBB to report this company. Beware!!!

Like so many, I placed an order online and never received the product. I tried phone, email and website. If they've gone out of business during the pandemic, I understand completely. But have the good decency to decline orders and advise customers of the situation.
