Mark and his team are really top notch when it comes to personal service. They made much effort to get to know my specific needs for printing, and when I made a mistake on my upload order, they kindly corrected it, and let me know the error was fixed. Also they are efficient, and they do quality work. Highly recommend this team at Sidney Island Blueprint for any printing service large or small. I've experienced excellence from them in large and small projects.

Very disappointed. Prices have increased excessively. In August of 2022 I paid $8.40 for a job. In late November same job cost almost $12.00. Today I went to pick up the same job again and was told it would cost $36.00. When I protested they offered to drop the price to $24.00. I refused to accept the job and told them I wouldn't be back. Very poor.

I have regularly made small purchases and used fax services. Brad and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. Now, the new management refused to sell me a small amount of paper. Customer lost.

Tried to get a few things laminated here. The women serving me was extremely rude and unhelpful. She treated me like I was stupid when asked about sizes. Horrendious service. In the end I walked out, don't waste your money here.

Sidney: I always get friendly and knowledgeable service, the Sidney reprographics department is good (and closer to home than the downtown shop, that I have patronized for years and still LOVE!!)Fort Street: I have enjoyed 30+ years of amazing service, products, staff and support.

I've been going to Island Blue in Sidney for years, and at first I was worried when it changed hands, but I have to say that Mark and Orion are absolutely the best! They are friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always willing to go the extra mile for me. The work they do is first-rate, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else- five stars, at least!
