Good selection, one of the staff explaind that they are changing the focus of the store towards luggage. Large discounts on items that they will no longer be stocking. If you need a purse, go there now!

I was in need of a solution to travel with suits on a long haul as a carry on and not to have to need to carry them in my checked baggage. It was short notice and I needed to buy luggage within a few days. The lady at the store was super friendly and super helpful, I can’t thank her enough as she even let me test the bags with my suit so that I could see how the suit would be carried etc.Super helpful and a credit to the store. A delight to have been given such attentive expert help and assistance. Truly a credit to the Bentley store and Bentley team.

Bought carry on luggage in Oakville place and the store sales lady wouldn’t even tell us the luggage was going on sale the next day. Found better luggage and better prices at the Erin Mills mall and the sales lady was so nice and just wonderful to deal with

The company has changed locations in the Oakville Place mall to a larger, more spacious store, making it easier to move around. The store seems to have a reasonable inventory and provides a pleasant shopping experience in one of the most relaxed malls in the area.
