I called them at 11:50am requesting a small tow truck to get inside of YVR’s underground parking. After hanging up, I called again to specify that YVR parking has a height limit, 6’6’’ so it’s necessary that they send an appropriate size truck. The first truck comes after 45 min too big. They send a second truck with a rope. Our truck is locked and it’s 2017 so it won’t move unless towed. 3 hours of wasted time and they had the audacity to say “I’m not going to charge you”. We won’t be paying for your mistakes. Either let us know that you don’t have the appropriate size truck or don’t try to just make it work for a pay day.

Shady company.Called for some help during COVID-19 times and was locked out of my vehicle . The company confirmed they could open the vehicle for me for a set price . CONFIRMED Twice with passengers for witness. Than shows up and UPcharges me for the service. Than when concerned with their approach I call their office only to get hung up on. The technician than barricades me in and holds the vehicle in its spot until he got the extra money.SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!0 STARS

Same company as “Rusty’s Towing” and same guy answers calls.Do NOT bother!They are awful and offer 0 customer service and don’t actually tow any vehicles.No idea why they’re operational. Avoid like the plague.

Needed a boost, 9 min away from their location. Got a quote for 65$, tow truck wanted 120$ after service. Ended up taking 30$ extra with no real reason.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! This company quoted us $50 to get our car unlocked because we locked our keys inside by accident. The driver showed up and opened the car then told us it was $70 and boxed in our car and wouldn’t let us leave. We called the company and talked to the owner and he hung up and wouldn’t answer the phone again. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS EVER!!
