I really feel like this is a scam- we didn’t sign up for the paper, suddenly start getting it after a year- told the delivery person we didn’t want it but they don’t know the number to cancel it or how to- call the company and no one answers……… so the only solution is not to pay the delivery kid- this is very uncomfortable

When I first moved to my neighbourhood 2 decades ago, I couldn't get the newspaper and flyers delivered in a timely manner. Wednesday's newspaper came Friday, Thursday's came Saturday and Friday's came Sunday. Despite my calls nothing changed, only new delivery people, doing the same thing. However ,when it came time to collect money, they ALWAYS on time. Two years ago I cancelled the delivery..... I STILL HAVE TO CALL THEM TO STOP DELIVERING.... ridiculous....On hold for 10min only to go to voicemail .... ✖️✖️✖️

Late newspaper delivery last week 11.45 pm this week 9.30 pm only received flyers ,newspaper portion sitting at front entrance of building was never picked by delivery person .What happened to 8.00 delivery deadline .

Since I moved, I have not received the paper in a regular basis. I've called several times not only so that I could receive the paper but to ask why no one has collected. I have not received the Wednesday paper the past 3 weeks and when you call press this number and that and then told to call back, it is very frustrating. I wonder if the companies advertising in this paper know that their ads are not being make available to the public.

Paper is never delivered have to phone every week just to get the flyers and if they do bring the flyers its never any of the ones i need like geocery flyers.

Disrespectful company that ignores our requests and pleas to not deliver junk mail bundles on entrance. The delivery person has been told but no luck, A big enough sticker that say no papers and no flyers but they don't bother and toss dirty full of dust useless flyer bundle on front door. Please STOP IT! Respect others property.

My carrier never picks up the payment envelope on time, sometimes not at all. This means I can't enter the $1000 draw as I don't get a coupon or don't get it soon enough. A joke, but irritating.

My son had a horrible experience with the news advertiser in Ajax. The rep was absolutely awful. They do not pay your child but make it appear as if this is a great opportunity for them to be their own boss. Then they charge you a fee for you to put all of the flyers together. And then they charge you a fee for insurance in case anything happens. However in reality it would be the responsibility of the home owner if something happened to you on their property. And if you do not pay any of those they will fire your child.
