We frequent Parachute! Nice staff, lovely flavours. Love the lemony flavours (either lemon meringue pie or the lemon cream paired with a chunky flavour, like the oatmeal choc chip). The pomegranate dark chocolate one recently was pretty good too!

I went there on my cheat day and I am glad with my choice. Unlike other places that their ice cream are like milk and sugar and some others like glu with essence, this place was real ice cream. Can say best in Victoria so far. I tried maple and walnut and I can't resist to go back for it. Chocolate truffles was also good. Almost all of them were gluten free.

I am from Ottawa and came here on the recommendation of my sister. The experience was perfect.There is plenty of on street parking around the location.Staff suggested the lemon meringue flavour, which was delicious and not overly sweet.Price point was what one would expect for a small business if this type.Staff were all super friendly and helpful.Totally recommend and hope to visit again before returning home.

Their ice cream is pretty standard. We came for the buffalo milk ice cream, they didn't have any. Cones were flakey but tasty. There was a passionate young man serving who was prompt on making the perfect cone every time. Thank you for your service.

The softest, creamiest textured ice cream I've tasted. Flavors are fresh and trendy. The location is industrial but the waffle cone transported me to a very Happy place, even if only for a short time. Will go back, soon. $5.50 for a single waffle cone.

The first time I went, it was a fantastic experience with a delicious shake. However, the second time, I received a liquid shake with a strong milk flavor and weak ice cream flavor. When I informed the person who served me, he added a scoop of ice cream and instructed me to mix it. It was not the best experience.

Parachute Ice Cream - Victoria
Came here a few days ago and it was absolutely wonderful! I had high expectations of this place and if exceeded my expectations. Me and my friend got london fog and cookie monster! 2 scoops was $8.50 each. Very reasonable for the amount and quality of the ice cream that is locally made. I highly recommend this place and the flavour cookie monster. They also have gluten free and vegan flavours available and a freezer of take home ice cream.
