Great apartments to live in. Van (the management) is so kind and friendly, addresses all your needs and is accommodating. These apartments are in a great location, would definitely recommend!

I lived here for 8 years and seen different landlords , so far Van is the best, when you call him anything he will sent somebody to fix the problem right away, he gave the deposit right away and very fair when im moving out! And plus the appartment is really beautiful and clean!!! And cheap!!!

I’ve dealt with a LOT of landlords/property managers as my family used to run a cleaning business; and Van is more approachable/productive than any of them. Matt in maintenance is just as good!The apartment itself is good for the price, lots of space with nothing to complain about.It’s easy to find a nice apartment though; it’s way more important to have good management!

Hands down one of the best managed properties in Calgary, the team that handles it is top notch.The property manager on-site is a people person and gets it.I unfortunately had to move, I really loved this place. It's one of my only regrets of moving from Calgary.It's right next to a 7-Eleven, a major grocery store and near all main roads. Super easy to get to down town from here as well.

Van went above and beyond , great communication at all times, met us after hours for our move in, even would accommodate us on his days off. Had a few minor items needed fixing and Matt came right away and got it done. The apartment is spacious and clean, close to all amenities.Van and Matt are great to deal with! Thank you both !

Van is such an awesome person to talk to and an awesome manger. He takes care of tenants like their own family And clear all the issues right away, definitely recommend to rent here if your are new or old in calgary..

Van and Matt made the whole process of moving in and living at this building flawless.They really care about the residents as well as the whole building community in general.I'm off moving to a new house we just purchase but i really appreciate Van and Matt for the time living at Mountainview Apartments

Van has been an Amazing property manager! He has always made himself available to answer my questions, and anytime there are any issues in my unit he makes sure it gets fixed within a couple days or hours.I cannot praise him enough. I’ve lived here for 5 years, and ever since he took over management I’ve occupied this apartment worry free.
