I needed a room with two beds. This was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was during the pandemic and I felt very safe. The wild blueberry pancakes were fantastic!

I love everything about this hotel! The rooms are cute and so clean! The bathrooms are beautiful and modern. The staff were so kind to us and helped us even when we could not speak French. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant are absolutely delicious. I hope one day I can visit again. I highly recommend this hotel. Also, it is a great location near the Fjords provincial park.

Incredible food for very reasonable pricing. Billingual. And the view from the dining area is just breathtaking. Allows you to take in the beauty of La Baie!

Nice located hotel, amazing view, overpriced. Do not expect real Wi-Fi- low and slow. Clogged sink, damaged balcony screen. But fjord magnificent and gorgeous

Very pleased with our decision to base ourselves here for our trip to the Saguenay fjord and Lac St. Jean. The auberge was well situated, clean and the staff were very helpful. The dining was exceptional. Would stay here again if in the area.

Small cozy - moderately upscale inn nicely done. Rooms were small yet cozy with nice beds. My only nit is that kingsize beds were only for the most expensive suites. Highly recommend the package that includes meals. Their quiet restaurant overlooking the fjord offers a very nice set meal with romatic setting.

Nova and cosy hotel with a great location on the fjord shore - only 30km from National park of Fjord-du-Saguenay. Good rooms and views. Hotel restaurant is the best in the neighborhood - cuisine is really sofisticated and extremely testy. The only drawback is that they don't have a menu on English.

Clean and tidy, dated, facility embraces the beauty and magnificence of the fjord. Bathroom was cramped to use a wheelchair. Appreciated the medical devices in the bathroom. Upon arrival the reception gentleman was concerned about whether we wanted to have breakfast included in our stay No engagement about where we had come from nor idle chitchat. Biggest disappointment is that the front desk did not even recognize or make an effort to say goodbye when we left. Especially considering I was struggling getting out the front door.

Nice place to stay, quiet and easy to access, close to La Baie, can be expensive depends on the season. Breathtaking view from the balcony for fjord side rooms, wish I had more time to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view while sipping coffee.Only has a few parking spots next to the building, so chances are that you will have to park in the gravel lot. The arrangement of doors, stairs and (antique) elevator can mean carrying luggage up to second floor is a pain.

Excellent location. Not much to do at the hotel but good place. Nice front desk staffs. Always ask for Lake View rooms.
