If you want to deal with quality people, come to this centre and ask for Darlene. She was exceptional and provided an abundance of knowledge and help. even reached out after work hours to make my Wife's special day memorable.

I've been there twice and both times I have had good experiences. My first time there was in January 2020 and Debbie helped me find a very nice bracelet. This second time I was helped greatly by Sharron who was able to answer all my questions and find me things I was looking for. Very thankful and felt very welcome.

I just bought a necklace moments ago from this location. I was immediately profiled and treated with contempt. The sale rep that I was dealing with hardly said more then 2 words to me in response to any of my questions. I'd rate a 0/5 of customer service but a 4/5 for prices. If it wasn't such a good deal I wouldn't have bought from here.

I've always gone here instead of people's as I like the store more, however will never go back.The past couple times I've gone in, the staff has been very cold and not welcoming. Extremely dismissive, and talk amongst themselves while people are standing at the counter.The only reason I gave 2 stars and not one, is because I like the jewelry.I do not recommend this store.

Let me start by saying I will continue to shop at Charm, just not this location. The chains and confrontational attitude at the door are among the reasons why.My biggest complaint is this....You do not have the right to ask customers to provide a driver's license to make a purchase. I went to your Bedford location to pick up an item and the cashier proceeded to ask for my driver's license and she copied my master number onto a piece of paper before she would take my payment. I originally tried to make the purchase online but when I was called by your store I was told to pay for it when I picked it up later that day.The cashier had no business asking me for my license let alone copying down my master number.If the item had of been paid for prior to pickup, I could understand verifying ID but this was not the case.When I advised the cashier (Sharon) I was not comfortable with her writing that information down she got very rude and obviously annoyed with what I was saying. She completely invalidated my concerns. Not a pleasant or professional person at all!To top things off, she did not ask me if I wanted warranty for my purchase and she put on my receipt that I declined it. I would have purchased the warranty had I been asked.It's worth mentioning, the lady that wrapped my item was courteous, pleasant and professional.Again, I will continue to shop at Charm but will never return to this location if that's the way I will be treated.

For anyone looking for an engagement ring save yourself time/money. Went in and off the bat was not taken seriously and basically told what I was looking for was expensive and hard to find instead of working with me and my budget for solutions. Was shown lower quality diamonds that were way overpriced and told you won't find better than this" so it can be very misleading to someone who doesn't know much about diamonds. Also asked for a quote 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive anything. But that's okay
