Pandora Jewellery

I brought in my wifes Pandora bracelet that was severly tarnished but had a lot of sentimental value yo it. The manager and her coworker(sorry I have forgotten their names), took each of the charms off and polished them one by one in order to make it look new again. Amazing customer service and such nice ladies. My wife is going to be so happy when I suprise her. :)

I would like to put a shout out to everyone that Lydia was so very helpful with answering my questions and concerns, she went above and beyond that was required of her as a sales representative for Pandora, in my opinion. Thank you again Lydia! I will definitely be coming back to Pandora because of sales reps. like you!

Love Pandora stuff... hate waiting in line but it is what it is. They do their best to manage the demand/line/volume of customers efficiently so it's not a complaint at all. Sale stock sells out QUICKLY. Not currently doing bracelet/charm cleaning due to covid (which doesn't make a huge amount of sense since it is literally cleaning... but again, we're all doing our best, trying to do the right thing in all this so I get it).

Was in today looking for an add on gift for my 11 yr old daughter. Couldn’t find a gold princess necklace anywhere and was looking for other options. Staff were amazing at working with the main idea and giving me other options. Purchased a tiara style ring and earrings. Devon ( spelling might be wrong) was a great help. Thank you

Spent over $500 on charm bracelet for my wife to show years of appreciation for her. She needed it resizing a tiny bit and I looked on the website before buying and see you can exchange/return for 30 days after purchase. However, the store have told her she can't *today* but for some reason *can tomorrow* - she will have travelled 2 hours to go to the store and back. Very strange when a company won't exchange when we can easily just return the bracelet and shop elsewhere. Shame on you pandora for tainting this lovely gift with your arbitrary policy, designed solely for your benefit, not your customers.

Pandora Halifax is the best! Friendly staff (thank you Libby and Jess for all your help!!) and amazing customer service from manager Krista. Staff are knowledgeable and have great suggestions. I will shop at this location from now on

I recently visited the pandora Mumford shop. It was a horrible experience. They really don’t know how to treat their customers. I had a gift card and it's from the UK. When I asked their help to redeem that they said they can't do that and have to contact customer service. They were so rude, especially the old lady. never recommend this location.

A bright clean well merchandised store. Staff were attentive and friendly taking the time to help me with my selection and wishing us the best in our 40th anniversary.

I received a ring for Christmas the stone fell out once in April where they gave me a new one. Then 2 weeks ago the stone fell out of the ring for a second time and I went to the Mumford store where they took my information and ordered me a new ring in my size. I received a phone call yesterday saying that they had my ring in and that I had to come pick it up today. After taking time out of my day to go down there, I find out they don’t actually have the ring they put the wrong colour ring with my name, and then told me I could not just take that one and would have to wait another 2-4 weeks to get the ring when they may place an order. No offer to call another store or try to get one brought from another location. Complete waste of time and totally unsatisfactory customer service.
