Comfort Inn Regina

The beds were clean and comfy. Air conditioning worked great. Had a great sized fridge in the room. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location! Rooms were quite dated.

I liked the water and coffee and tea being available at all times, Bed was comfortable, room was clean.Breakfast was fine. Eggs from a carton and sausages with a bread, bagel and cereal station and some yogurt.Only issue was the constant hum in the room that never subsided. I turned off the ac and unplugged the fridge so it must have been from another room or downstairs but I did not sleep

I ended up booking my hotel late and this was the only option that accepted a dog. First off, $20 a night for pets is ridiculous. The room smelt like wet dog, so I’m not sure what extra cleaning is being done to justify the $20 a day for pets. The room was dated, rips on the wall paper, stains on the floor and the towel rack barely was on the wall. When I checked in, the supervisor Andrew was rude and made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience. After my first night I asked front desk to replace my towels and change the garbage and the lady at front desk said “ sorry you need to tell us the night before”. What? The maintenance guy then said they would give me new towels and change garbage for me. When I got back, there was no towels and the garbage was still full. I had to go back to front desk, get a bag to put my own soiled towels in and bring them to laundry room. I grabbed my own towels and left my garbage in the bin. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good experience was the breakfast. The lady running it was efficient.
