Wow, the massage was great and the customer service team was amazing! Although, I have to admit that I was a little bummed out when my scheduled appointment was cancelled the day before. We kept rescheduling for about 2 hours until both the RMT massage therapist and I were available. During that time, I accidentally missed out on my 90-minute massage and ended up with a 60-minute back walking and body massage instead. Overall, I'm a happy customer of Shangri-la Massage Spa!
