We came to My Dental Care for a second opinion about a root canal for my daughter. From the first appointment they made my daughter feel calm and cared for. She has had a few bad experiences with dentists, and after being told lets try a filing first she asked me if they could be her regular dentist... The root canal that never happened that they did a filing for was on this past Friday and everyone was so kind and caring. Dr.Mac told her while she was crying he wouldn't do anything she was not comfortable with which eased her anxiety, she opted for the gas and after said why was I so scared.... Today was her examination to have them be her dentist and her hygienist Olivia was OUTSTANDING. She took the time to talk to both of us about every single option that could come up for us. She put my daughter at ease and myself (you always worry about your kids). While my daughter was in the chair she made a point that she matters, not just say another procedure or something along those lines that yes even though there is a job to do my daughters mental well being and anxiety matters before that. As a parent that is all you want to hear that you are not just a number and that they care.... Hands down amazing job by Olivia Dr. Lam hope that is how it is spelled and Dr. Mac. So thankful to have found such a kind caring respectful place. Oh and let's not forget the amazing ladies at the front desk exceptional all of you.

Dr. Kim & his team are absolute gems. Getting teeth pulled always sucks, but they made it completely painless. They also complimented my shirt so 5 stars is in order.

After reading a couple bad reviews I was a bit skeptical about trying the Lindsay My Dental Care"I've been to a lot of different dentists.From Ontario to Alberta and believe me I've had bad dentistry in the past...Stressing out your jaw..injecting freezing to quickly...not giving you breaks or asking how your doing.I had none of these issues with Dr. Mac. He had exceptional bed side manner and more impressively has given me my most pleasant freezing I've ever had. Hardly felt a thing!He asked plenty of times how I was doing or if I needed a minute. He also offered me a break in-between each filling. The fillings came out nice too

The entire team at myDentalcare is outstanding. Our family has had our regular cleanings & maintenance there for a long time. We have also gone through braces, root canals, crowns and fillings. Each and every time we have gone into the office we have been greeted with smiles and friendliness. They are quick, but they do what they do with precision. If you are someone who is nervous going to the dentist, they will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable.

Not a great experience. First and last time I will be coming to this office. Dr. Mac was very short with me regarding any questions I had and it seemed like I was inconveniencing him with a filling that I had to have done - which ended up falling out after three months.Also witnessed one of the front desk staff (Sheramie) being rude to one of her coworkers when I went to pay.Not exactly exhibiting a high degree of professionalism overall, in my view.

After my mom went in with complaints of pain in her jaw, their recommendation was pull all 5 affected teeth and get implants. That was a red flag for me as any Dentist I've ever gone to always say it's better to keep your own teeth.We got a second opinion and the new Dentist presented a few options which include root canals, possible bridging and extraction.I'm sure they will respond to this comment with a response that belittles it. Be wary, do your research get a second opinion if something doesn't feel right.

I've been really happy here and have recommended friends that now go there. They are always on time and I've never waited more than a minute or two. Dr. Lamb has done all my work and he's very gentle and communicates with you through each procedure to make sure you are comfortable. Olivia is my hygienist and she's been amazing. Always smiling and laughing. I have very sensitive teeth and she's always so gentle and makes sure I'm comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good quality dentist office!

Have been going to my dental care for over 12years now. The staff are always friendly and Olivia and Dr. Kim always makes it a wonderful experience for my son. I am always impressed at how easy any procedures are and the staff make sure we understand what is going to happen. My daughter is currently receiving her orthodontic care here and it to has been a smooth process. Keep up the great work at My Dental Care!!!

Pretty bad i get turned around and laughed at my face. Back in 2020-2021They had a real hard time with me extracting only 2 molars and Dr Kim put a black block to hold my mouth open. It caused more pain than the extraction itself. I needed 11 pulled out and he didn't want to do the rest. Plus my mom had a wobbling tooth and they didn't freeze her at all which made both of us had to go to Oshawa see Dr Gold's source dental in Oshawa center where they were more than happy to pull them all out and do fillings as well. I'm on Odsp as well as my mom we didn't deserve to get treated that badly at My dental Care"Not recommendHow come I drive outta town and get the job done all at once and here in this town of Lindsay we're left rotting because of "covid" Source dental had no issue at all but my dental care had all the issues of the world right"
