Average at best. Food in past visits has been great... this time... not so much. It wasn't bad, just average.Service was very very slow. They don't clear dirty plates. Half of the table got asked about more drinks, the others didn't. After a poor experience, they add a gratuity to the bill, but don't tell you about it.This may have been my last trip to Shiso. I don't know. I really like sushi. Maybe I'll try it again if someone can convince me it's improved. Until then... I'll go somewhere else.

Place was clean, service was excellent, food was amazing and fresh!Tuna, butterfish, smoked salmon, salmon, smoked eel was perfectly prepared.Definitely recommend

Gone to this place many times the food, service, and atmosphere never fail to give its best! Everything is fresh, and you can taste the freshness in every bit! Definitely recommend going with a group, and sharing is the best way to go when visiting and ordering. You can then get to try a little of everything ordered.

Great Japanese restaurant! Delicious food, big variety, affordable prices and big portions.Some Maki rolls where bigger than expected which makes for a weird bite chewing experience but I've seen several Japanese adapt that style so I'm assuming it's an area/province specialty maybe?The decor is very nice, and they offer Japanese style (no shoes and low tables) setting overseeing the field outside.Overall, I totally recommend it!

Went on a Sunday at open, got great table, with view that was mentioned by other users. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, understanding server. Small wait time for food. Got very busy and noticed server handling 10 tables, still checked on us. Food was great, new experiences as well. Must try!!

We arrived on a Sunday at noon and got to sit as a group in the Japanese style side sitting area which is great for people with kids. The waiter was super nice and friendly and gave us great suggestions on food. Plenty of sushi options and the fish was fresh and high quality for the price. We also had BBQ eel combo and yakiudon and they tasted great too! My only complaint is the waiting time is long but we were a group of 7 so that might be why. Overall a great restaurant and reasonable priced, will be back if we are in the area!

Well the outside is certainly deceptive. Didn’t look like much on the outside but the inside was very nice with great views.The food was okay. The deep fried tofu was okay. The tofu was not soft enough and the outside wasn’t light.The sashimi plate was alright.I think the service was really fantastic.
