I recently had a heat pump installed at my house and the guys couldn't have been better. I didn't have any problem getting their Teca documentation, and Darcy actually helped me with the paperwork.I also called them on a weekend because I was fiddling with my thermostat and couldn't figure out what I had done, and he dropped what he was doing and came out to program it properly and explain to me again how to work it - and didn't charge me for the call.In response to the negative comment by Google User": They don't actually collect until you are completely satisfied.
