I brought my husband’s equipment to be fixed. They helped carry it to and from my car and it was fixed in a half hour. Staff are kind and respectful. Women’s washroom was clean and complete with feminine hygiene products. Very impressed.

They are very very helpful, and sell quality stuff… however, it would be nice to see better store hours. I have to take time off of work to pick something up. Work ends at 5 for most construction workers, so if they closed at 6:00 they would get better business and happier customers. Kinda frustrating

I've shopped at this store for a decade now. Always had friendly helpful staff. The store always has product in stock. They provide free Delivery. I've only had one tool go beyond the 3 week estimate and it was due to a part being shipped from the manufacturer. Most tools come back in only a few days. They host tool demo days with the manufacturers with free home made lunches or provide by local food trucks. Amazing service every time.Wish I could give this a 6 star review.SteveCapital Interiors

Awesome staff, awesome service for getting framing nailers repaired or parts to do the work myself, and always have a good deal for Framing Nails. Have been going there for the last 8 years, and won't be going anywhere else!

Always a great experience. I have come here many times and will continue to do so. Jordan and the other staff members have always been extremely helpful. The store is a great newer location, their selection of tools and products is excellent, prices are good, and they only carry higher quality product options you can rely on. Highly recommend!

Was dreading that they would still require one to mask up, last time I was in that was the deal. Somebody figured it was time and no masks required like FINALLY! Good tool shop otherwise with decent prices for the most part.

I Bought a 500$ stapler gun and i wanted to change for another brand because wasn't working properly. I used it just 3 min at the job site, the gun was completely new. they refused to change or give me the money back.I usually spend 1000 $ a month there and from now I'm not going there again.
