I went with my cousin and an old lady working their she is horrible. She don’t know how to treat with customers. Worst customer service.

Extremely bad experience I never had in my life.Staff was not behaving professionally rude towards the customer and was treating all customers as they were thieves.Staff is totally not suitable for retail and customer service work, need proper training for this field.If you want to get feeling of being thief , go for shopping to this location.

The costumer service was terrible the bags were over priced and low quality we went and the woman working there was extremely rude she did not acknowledge us and when we asked for another bag because there were threads sticking out of the bag she made a very rude comment abt me and my children I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a bag

Very poor customer service..... store was completely empty with no customers and only one associate... when I asked her “ Can you please check the price for me after discount?” She replied very rudely “Do you have cellphone? You can check on that...” I mean really guys... I left without buying anything.

Never rely on their on-hand quantities, they simply aren’t reliable. Inventory management is not their strong point. Ordered an item that showed 8 in stock, turned out they had zero. Inventory still hasn’t been updated days later.

I was searching for a new wallet and they had a nice selection to choose from.Prices are reasonable and the sales lady took her time to show me some options. I found the perfect one for my needs.

I went to this store with my family. The old lady working there was very rude to us. I asked her to be nice, then she yelled at us to get lost and asked us to get out of the store. Very poor service. I am shocked how this type of person is working there. That lady doesn’t deserve even 1 star.

Went in there today. Spent a good 25 minutes looking at bags and during that time no one greeted me, acknowledged me. I had to go to the counter where there were two ladies chatting. The one lady clearly sees me and still continued to chat away with her colleague (her colleague btw had her back towards me) and there I was hesitant to jump in to ask for help.Why hire people that don't have any customer service?What happened to just saying hello, let me know if you need any help?

Whoever was working here yesterday April 10, 2023, at 11:25, so called Manager, DOES NOT DESERVE to be here.My mom purchased 6-7 bags earlier in March. She wanted to exchange one handbag but lost her receipt. Yes, this is our mistake. But I told mom maybe they can look up your receipt with last 4 digits of your credit card number. My mom told me she called the other day and the lady straight up said NO and was kinda rude. I assured mom that she must've been mistaken and tried calling the store yesterday myself.I asked the female very politely if there was any way we could do something about the bag. She goes Yeah your mom called the other day too and I said NO... (in a very loud tone). Then I replied politely that I have worked in retail before
