It's a great place to bring kids for their dental work.They have a play room waiting room and the kids love it.The dentists are very kind and know how to get kids to be comfortable and happy while getting their teeth taken care of.

I brought my daughter in for 2 fillings and a tooth extraction and the entire process from pre procedure to post procedure was quite professional, warm and courteous. Very thankful they were able to take care of her teeth. Highly recommend!

We had a consult appointment for our son who was referred here. Staff were relatively nice. Dr seemed inconvenienced by us and did not take time to explain details. Recommended only one option or nothing. My son left feeling frightened and down about his teeth. Dr was not reassuring to him at all. Estimate was outrageous and financially unattainable.We had a second opinion in Kingston and estimate was a fraction of the cost at Kids and Teens, and 10 X the customer service. My son felt comfortable, and Safe. Would not recommend for young children.

$300 for a routine 25 minute dental visit. My young kid has good oral health and no X-rays were taken.This dental office should be ashamed for price gouging. Making dental care inaccessible to many kids and widening the health care disparity.What is so special about scaling flossing and polishing. ? As an adult. I don’t even pay that for my old teeth that’s been around for decades.. and still in great shape.Will be looking elsewhere….

My teenagers have been going to Kids and Teens Dentistry since they were 4 and 5 years old. They have always been excited and looked forward to going to the dentist, they never want to leave!Dr.Corbeil is very thorough when explaining how my kids visit went. I always admire how she talks directly to them and explains everything so that they understand, even at a young age. When the time came that the kids needed fillings, it was nice having the option to use laughing gas. Both my kids were a little nervous, it definitely took the edge off and made it a much more pleasant experience overall. As a parent it is a huge relief to know that your children are in good hands, I have had complete trust in Dr.Corbeil and her team.When designing their waiting room, Kids and Teens took into consideration all the things that would keep kids engaged and entertained. It is a bright and beautiful space that makes you feel like a kid again yourself! When the hygienists come to get the children from the waiting room they are always animated and full of enthusiasm.The admin staff have always been extremely accommodating and friendly. You are always greeted with a cheerful hello and the checkout process is efficient and quick.Thank you Kids and Teens for all that you do!

We started going to Kids and Teen Dentistry 15 years ago because my oldest daughter had crazy anxiety. The kind staff and wonderful waiting room really helped all 3 of my girls feel happy and excited for their visits over the years. I’ve only ever met one other kid who told me they loved going to the dentist and they turned out to be patients of Dr.Nikoui as well!!Thankyou for making a trip to the dentist such a wonderful experience for my kids all of these years ❤️

Been with Kids and teen for 12 years now for both my daughters. We knowingly paid exorbitant prices since they had such a good reputation. The work is good I wont deny that. But the constant cancellations and lack of communication are horrible. We took my daughter in very young around two or three years, old with a flaw in her tooth. We were told that baby teeth enamel is hard to adhere to so they did nothing . 6 months later her mouth is covered with cavities because guess what... if you leave an untreated tooth, that bacteria spreads! You think they experts would have at least provided a better plan! but no, now we were in for thousands of dollars of work, not too mention having to subject our toddler to general anaesthetic. Then there is the amount of cancellations! They cancel on you , with less than 24 hours notice I might add , so often you need to plan for it. They don't seem to comprehend that a lot of us are paid hourly . So not only am I paying for the visit, I am losing income as well . But to add insult to injury, when we had to cancel { which we never do knowing the risk of trying to get in again} due to my child's mental health, They had the unmitigated gall to ask for a deposit ! lastly is they lack of communication, oh by they way now that your here its going to be 2.5 hours". Because of course we don't have jobs or other children's schedules to plan around. If your going to charge premium prices

A huge thanks to Dr Nikoui and Amanda for taking care of my 11-year old son this morning - I wholeheartedly recommend K&T Dentistry.These are some of the most professional, patient and caring staff that my wife and I have experienced (and we’ve been to aaaalllll the other kids dentists in Ottawa over the years). Dr Nikoui explained the various treatment options and answered my 500 questions with such grace. The patience that she and Amanda had with my son (who flinches every 3 seconds) was notable.We are so lucky to have this level of professionalism available in Ottawa - thank you so very much!

I would not recommend this dentist. The prices are absolutely insane. My husband and I have good benefits with our employers and it still isn’t enough to convert the costs.Also they require payment on the spot which isn’t helpful. Have to fork out thousands in hopes that insurance will cover the costs.Both mine and my husbands insurance did not want to cover the majority of the procedure because they believe they were over charging.
