Father and son shop, very nice, friendly, hardworking and respectable family. The price was great. They did everything I needed and knowledgable mechanics. I was a first time customer and was treated like I had been going there for many years. When I called, they answered the phone right away. I have nothing but a positive experience from this place.It's a need to support local business in Windsor and this is a place where you can do that.

We have been dealing with 1st Auto for over 7 years. We have always been impressed by the fast, efficient service. Raif and his Dad are a great team and we have recommended them to several people. Pricing is at least 30% less than the dealership and service is 30% faster! Thanks again!

Not a bad price but not very thorough at all. We ended up having to bring our car to another mechanic only a month later and there were many obvious issues that were missed. EDIT: They also called me months later to rudely and angrily ask me about my negative google review. In general pretty rude the whole time I dealt with them. From the other reviews I think the rude man I dealt with was the son.

I was recommended this garage by a friend and I have to say that I now know why. I had my car towed there on Sunday night.Rafi was very easy and wonderful to deal with. He kept me informed about what was wrong with my car.He did a once over on my car. I figured it was my starter and I was right. I also knew that my spark plugs needed to be replaced.Rafi started on my car around 10am and I received a call just after 1pm saying my car was ready. I was very impressed with that.Rafi waited for me to pick it up around 6pm. It ended being a bit later than that but he stayed until I got there even though the garage closes at 6pm.I highly recommend Rafi at 1st Auto Service to fix your car.

First time using 1st Auto and I will be going back. I dropped my car off to have my winter tires swapped out and they had the job done in 30 minutes. Fast, friendly service and a good, fair price.

A friend of mine recommended 1st Auto Service Inc and he was right on the money! First of all Rafi and his father are amazing people who are extremely personable, honest and skillful! I had Rafi install 2 break pads and replaced 4 rotors with seazed calipers! He is a perfectionist in every detail I was blown away at his work, knowledge and honesty! If something doesn't need to be replaced he will tell you right out! And in the end of it all a fantastic price and a fine relationship I have now! Most highly recommended!

Best place around They work weekends and are fast at repairing your car.

I think they could use better lighting in the garage.. and work on thier attitude..I would never go there again unless it's an emergency and no other shop is available
