A big shout out to Owen and Cole at the Argentia Visitor Information Centre for their help when I arrived in Newfoundland by ferry on August 4, 2022.Their knowledge of their province was outstanding, and once I told them my interests, they suggested several different things I should see and do on the Avalon Peninsula and across Newfoundland!! They were patient in answering my questions, and provided me with maps, brochures, etc.Job well done fellas!!Sincerely, Vince (the Toronto Maple Leafs fan from Windsor Ontario).

A trip to NL wouldn't be complete without a stop at the Welcome Centre. Anita, who also happens to be my aunt :), and Tammy are amazing and very knowledgeable. Definitely worth the stop if you are new to NL.

Exploring Canada as our retirement plan takes us to many Visitor Centers, this one ranks in the top 5 for friendliest, knowledgeable and helpfulness. Washrooms were clean and functional.
