We have been getting our cars maintained, serviced and repaired when needed by the team at OnRoute Orleans, formerly Orleans Autotech, since 1984. Through the years they have given excellent and practical advice for maintaining our cars to avoid big problems. When problems do occur or the usual maintenance issues (like brakes) arise, they explain the issues, options and costs so that we can make informed decisions. The work is then executed very well, according to plan, and at a reasonable cost. As a result, our cars have been safe, reliable and long lasting. What more can you ask?

Had some auto work done at OnRoute auto services. The shop is clean and well organized. The repairs on my vehicle were completed quickly and well done, meeting my needs perfectly. Just brought my vehicle in for servicing and I must say, very impressed. Vehicle was due to undergo some semi-major servicing so I did some homework and found OnRoute. Highly experienced mechanics with many years of experience so the DSG service , tune up and brakes was no problem .Craig is highly professional and a very personable person. Chris and Nick work very closely with you to help your needs and are overall great characters. The shop and surroundings provide a clean workplace, great environment and very good rates for the quality of work. New car dealership standards with more personable care and a great price.Will be going there for my future servicing needs and will continue to refer others.Great job guys!

Chris and Nick are among the most hard working and honest guys in this business. They've been around for a long time and will not sell you a bad car. They stand behind their business and cars they service and sell If something happens after the sale they always make it right. They're not happy unless you're happy had always been their philosophy. I would never hesitate to send any of my family or friends there for anything car related ( and I have several times). Best in the business. Ali is top notch mechanic as well, really knows his stuff. High attention to detail, which is rare these days.

Same Excellent Service as was always experienced when under the previous ownership. I have had all my work done here for several years. Service manager, Craig, is always on top of things and ensures that the customer is well taken care of. The has always been a repair facility that can be trusted and the client is always treated well. Glad to see that this hasn't changed. Being a recent victim of an Orleans pothole, Craig and the crew got me fixed and back on the road quickly and efficiently. I am also looking forward to some of the new services that are being planned such as car detailing.

This place is the best dealership I have ever used. They sold me a truck at the beginning of the covid crisis. The truck came with the safety which is so convenient! That said, because of distancing etc, one of the owners spent three nights opening the shop for especially for an outside mechanic to fix the manifold. He only did this because I was unexpectedly without a vehicle. Top notch vehicle, top notch staff and honestly best prices all around. Very satisfied customer!
