Would not recommend this company have hired them to repair a few windows . They been there 2 or 3 times windows are still not working properly but they are demanding payment . Terrible experience . Will never be using this company again .

The screen on the storm door required replacement. I contacted Homestars and the response was same day service. The screen frame was picked up the same day and returned the next. Less than 24 hour service is impressive. The request was easy to complete on line. The service was quick and efficient. The replacement screen was exactly what I wanted. Very easy and friendly to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company.

Monet ordered a piece of glass from us two months ago and has been ignoring our phone calls to obtain payment for the glass.Our experience with Appearance Window & Door is that they do not live up to their commitments.
