Dr. Kennedy and his staff are very professional. They run the clinic like a Swiss watch and have been effective in nearly eliminating all my allergic symptoms these past 5 years. I enjoy my visits there ..except for the needle of course ;)

Dr, Kennedy is Calgary's oldest allergy doctor due to retire shortly however he backs up his age with endless experience in the allergy field. HE CURED MY SERIOUS ALLERGIES unlike everyone else I went to. I prefer him over all other allergy specialists serving the south end of Calgary because his treatments work. His pricing for testing and serums are also significantly lower than other clinics and he doesn't rush over his patients, especially with their test results. He's also receptive to specific questions and requests. If you have serious grass, tree, pet and various other allergies don't hesitate to call him for testing and getting on his serum immunotherapy, IT'S THE ONLY REAL TREATMENT THAT WORKS.I'm speaking from experience, have had poor experiences with Dr, Cheuk at Arid Mountain Clinic (ridiculously overpriced / failed to determine an incorrect serum I was on) Dr, Gill in Abbotsford BC (prescribed the wrong serum) and local Calgary Naturopathic's who line their pockets all while wasting your time suggesting useless nutrient therapy. Save your time and money, go with Dr, Kennedy instead.

He said my son isn't allergic to peanuts, it turned out he is allergic and it's life threatening. I had to go to a different allergist and had him another allergy test. My son had too many allergies but from this clinic I was only told eggs and tree nuts. I even repeatedly asked about peanuts and Dr. Kennedy said my son is ok. What a waste of money that was.

Terrible bedside manner.. This Dr. is over 80 years should retire and and deal with patients and waste their time. Test results were sent via a short email... and was told was allergic to something he never tested me for.No privacy, nurse questioned me whilst the room was full of patients.

Terrible bedside manner and zero compassion for his patients. Also jumps to conclusions and doesn't provide any meaningful guidance. He clearly is past his due date and needs to retire. I wondered if he even heard much of what I was saying, as hardly any of it was acknowledged. I told him my chief comaint was eye allergies and irritation yet he didn't even check in my eyes. Ultimately was of no help whatsoever. His nurse and support staff are great, but Dr Kennedy himself needs a lot of improvement.

Not impressed at all. This doctors bedside manner was terrible- poor communication. Took my 10 month old daughter after having many problems with food allergies- i received limited feedback, and absolutely no guidance about how to proceed with my daughters problems. I was told she had no allergy to peaches, yet when I fed them to her this morning she had a reaction. Her results indicated she had an allergy to peas and legumes, and learning that peanuts are in this family and questioning if I should be concerned he said he didn't think so" and "it should be fine" when I stated we lived a long distance from a hospital and I wondered if we should have an epi pen on hand as a precaution.Do not waste your time."

Receptionist is extremely rude. It has taken 3 weeks for them to mail me my test results.

I have used Dr. Kennedy for decades. He is very professional, and has a good staff.

Receptionist is rude. Doctor has no bedside manners. But.. gets the job done, and allergists are few and hard to find these days. Be sure to check out the coffee shop on the main floor!
