i purchased a Saber BBQ last year. Although its different than my Napleon but once I got used to it I thoroughly enjoy using it and look forward to each meal. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. i highly recommend puchasing a quality BBQ from them.

Once they have your money you will no longer exist. Bought a $9000 wood stove about 6 years ago from Caledon Fireplace. Recently a fan went on it so we called them with regards to getting a replacement. Both my wife and I were emailing them. They were very quick on their replies when they thought we were getting an entire new unit. Upon finding out it was just a small part both Kim and Wendy just stopped relying to emails. After not hearing from them we called. Spoke on the phone and they said they would get back to us. Again they disappeared. Dont buy anything from these people. Terrible family business with no values or respect to its customers. Save yourself the trouble and go to schomberg Fireplace which is where we are going now.

Paul Petersen awesome stand up guy.I needed some advice regarding an older gas fireplace in my home.Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful.Even though he knew that I wasn't in the market for a new fireplace.If I need one in the future Caledon fireplace will be my first stop.

I recently needed to purchase baffle gaskets for my older Pacific Energy stove insert. I didn't realize how difficult it would be to source these gaskets at a reasonable cost.I finally located Caledon Fireplace and was happy to find out they would order these gaskets in for me.Not only did they quickly find these gaskets...the price they charged was more than reasonable.I will now use this location for all my woodstove needs.

We purchased a very expensive fire place from Caledon Fireplace about 5 years ago. The receiver controller (unit that turns on fireplace) needed to be replaced so my first thought was to go back to the store i Purchased the extremely expensive fire place from. When I walked in, I was not even greeted with a simple hello. The two old ladies sitting behind the desk simple looked at me and one of them asked if I need anything. I showed them the part I was looking for and the lady did not even want to look at it. She asked me what fire place I purchased??? I purchased a gas fireplace hence why I brought the part to the store. She said the part would need to be ordered and I would need a new remote as well?? She took my phone number and wrote it down. She mentioned the part will be $350.00 without looking at the part I brought into the store. As you can expect, I never received a call back. I guess my little purchase is not worth their troubles. I found a great company on line that was able to help and I received the New part in 6 days for $62.00. I also do not require a new remote.

Great place, amazing service. We ordered Jotul F500 from them, installation crew came once for the pre-inspection and then second time for actual installation. Everything was done very professionally, they answered all our questions, cleaned up after themselves and even spent some time teaching us how to use the stove properly. Highly recommend!

My BBQ was delivered assembled and ready to grill. All the staff I met were friendly and professional.My total experience exceeded all expectations.

Fantastic service. I helped my aunt, a senior in Mississauga, purchase an electric fireplace. I was nervous about making the arrangements from BC and not being there for installation, but they treated my aunt like a queen. Her Majesty did need a service call, just to help her get things just right, and they were awesome. The folks at Caledon Fireplace really came through, showed our family a lot of care and respect every step of the way, offered a fair price point and worked within our budget, and produced a beautiful finished product. Would highly recommend them.
