I visited that store on Feb 03-2022, to test and buy the new Mizuno irons. While I was apparently the only client in that store, 4 salesperson were chatting together and when I asked to test the product, they sent me to a sale person already engaged with another client. They were all having a great time chatting together and didn't give a ----- So, maybe my option will be online shopping.

Went in and got more help from Max in terms of information and club selection for free then I did during a paid fitting at Mulligans. Was extremely impressed

Can't even respond to basic emails about stock inquiry.Walk in-store and it's nearly impossible to get help.The help you may get is dismissive and leads to you buying the wrong thing for you.As someone who has spent 1000s of $ at this store i can tell you safely tospend your hard earned money elsewhere..

Like any other businesses these days, they are short staffed. But unlike most establishments, once served, you get really great advice! Lots of product selection and many seasonal sales/events to save a few bucks here and there. Luckily I had the pleasure of being served by the regional manager while they were heavily short staffed that day. Thank you!

The sales reps , at fitting, were not helpful for me to buy wedges. I tested wedges in dark, they didn’t know where were the lights!!!! They didn’t assist me, they were just talking together like a social club. I will buy my clubs directly from manufacturing from now on. Bad consumer experience, too bad, i could have bought 3 clubs

Very good service. I came to get a new set for christmas and the staff was super nice. With the help of Zach I was able to find the right clubs. He was very patient and super helpful as he was very informed and answered all my questions.
