I love this store! The customer service is the best in Kingston. The selection of swimwear is the best I have seen. All sizes, shapes and ages can feel welcome here

Purchased a bathing suit top that was mis-labeled. The store would not take it back to exchange even though they were the ones that mis-labeled it.

Never shopping here again, I bought 3 bathing suits for my girlfriend from here and I bought a 4th and they wouldn’t return it when I mistaken the European size for the American size. The bikini top wasn’t ever worn and the tags were still on it. Terrible experience after spending a lot of money here. Definitely will not be returning ever again. I’d recommend you avoid

This place is a local gem!!! GORGEOUS selection of high-quality swimwear and accessories. After years of wearing old and ill-fitting bathing suits, what a difference it makes to have something nice to wear to the beach! They are very helpful here :)

I love this place, yes it costs more for a good quality bathing suit, but it doesn't have to if that makes sense. I went in after not buying a new bathing suit in forever, the lady was really helpful and nice, showing me where the best deals are and helping to match items since you can mix and match as well, with the bogo free clearance @ 20-60% off and bogo 25% off on bikinis I left with 2 1 pieces that actually fit with my long torso, and the cutest 2 piece!

Visiting from Ottawa. Great selection of suits. I usually have a very difficult time finding a suit that I feel good in. (Short, big bust, post-COVID weight gain) The sales lady showed me exactly which suits to consider and I ended up with not one, but two tankinis with matching bottoms that are flattering, supportive, and I feel confident wearing!

Don't know why I haven't posted here before. As a regular swimmer, I go through a lot of suits and Kahiko Bay is the place to go — especially for plus sizes. They have an excellent selection of larger suits, certainly the best in Kingston and people from larger centres might do well to come here, too. Kahiko Bay also carries swim tights, and a range of equipment like swim devices to make yourself visible when there are boats around. Friendly staff, willing to go to great lengths to be of service. In a little mall with lots of parking.

The ladies were so helpful and friendly, and made an experimence I normally hate very pleasant. Awesome selection too. Because of my previous experiences I thought I just don't look good in swim suits, until I tried on some of their stuff! Will be recommending to my friends in Kingston.
