When I arrived they told me I had to pay 5$ extra to use the debit machine because they prefer" cash.The ladie that did my nails talked to the phone all the time she was doing my nails. She did not even removed the small skin so after 1 week it was already looking old. The service was trash and the ladies were rude. Don't waste your money there."

Went there 3 times. First time was lovely, there were very few customers and I had a nice treatment for a gel manucure. It was a walk-in. Second time, had an appointment but had to wait 30 minutes to get served and the manicurist was busy taking care of other customers, giving them manicures as well. The job wasn't properly done, my nails weren't filed accordingly and the person did a fast job instead of giving quality treatment. I was very angry but stayed calm and decided to give them another chance. The third one, same thing happened and the experience was not enjoyable. I felt bad for other people who were in the same situation that were waiting or were scheduled after a walk in and them taking other customers instead because they are so disorganized. Bad customer service, they need to learn more management, organization and quality skills. They could have a really great business if only they take care of their customers in the long run.

I've been there a couple of times since they opened and i've never walked out happy. They have tried to over charge me many times and also charge you 5$ extra for longer nails" without ever warning you or having it written down on their menu. They are very rude and overbook themselves which leads me walking out 2 HOURS later. Don't waste your time."

I went for a gel full set. The lady who did my nails was super rude and looked and treated me like she did not want to be there. She didn't say hello when I sat for her to do my nails. She cut my skin and it started bleeding. She did not apologize and did not acknowledge it. I told her I wanted pointy nails but she made them coffin shape and pretended she forgot. I kept asking for her to fix the shape and she was like that's the most I can do. I wanted to do long nails she said its 5$ extra whereas in the price list there is no mention of any hidden fees. When she finished she did not say good bye she just left very fast. She did not speak to me the whole time and was on her phone and spoke to her colleagues instead. Absolutely do not recommend 1/10 Worst salon and worst service ever

I seriously don't understand the bad reviews. I decided to give this place a chance. She did my nails exactly the way i wanted to. Im only giving 4 stars just coz the nails on my other hand are abit shorter then the other hand. Asside from that i love them :)

I feel like they are racist. It’s too expensive, not worth the price. Most of the girls are rude. I went there to change my nail polish, the girl who started removing my polish left me to serve another customer (who didn’t have an appointment and came after me)Although her coworker told her I’m waiting for her, she didn’t care. DO NOT GO THERE!

The worst service I have ever had. I went in and asked for a pedicure and manicure with just colour and the woman did my pedicure terribly and was distracted the whole time and then tried to get me to pay when I hadn’t my manicure yet. She said they have appointments but there was no one in the salon and 3 workers there. After my manicure which took 5-10 minutes and still no clients she tried to charge me extra and when I refused and said I will pay the price the board says she started screaming at me and got in my face and was swinging her arms near me. Security came and helped to control her because she wouldn’t stop screaming. I was scared and the security guard helped me to pay and leave away from her. I then asked for the managers information and she refused. The guard suggested to make a review instead so this is what I’m doing. Don’t waste your money and time on people who can’t even treat others with any respect.

I had a brutally rough pedicure. The young, tiny skinny Asian girl had a lot of strength all applied in the wrong places, I was in pain! Not only she was killing my feet with pain but she was bossy and obviously fed up.I also had my nails done. The quality of the job done was soooooo poor that I had to redo my nails at home.The attitude of the probably woman boss (as she's the only one that was dress in a different colour) is just plain rude. She looks miserable. Perhaps she's sick...I regret have given a second chance to this place.The only thing going for this place is location, a flashy place and long opening hours.

Don’t be fooled by this places’ good design. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The ladies are all rude and don’t know what they are doing most of the time. They don’t listen when I tell them I’m in pain and results caused me to bleed and half of my nail came off. Another friend of mine had a bad infection on her toe after a pedicure because they cut to much skin. Another acquaintance had her gel colour done and wasn’t happy because there was hair and lots of bubbles, and when asked to redo the colour they offered her the worst attitude and were very unprofessional. All in all, the service is all cheap and they probably don’t sanitize their products properly. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Lots of other talented people are more worth it then this place!
