took over a month to get some sort of action towards the issue, and as of today, March 21,2022, the issue is still not resolved. I had to spend 4 hours calling all available maintenance numbers only to be told there was no work order ticket created, and I was unable to create an official complaint. the dates on the notice of entry are always incorrect, where maintenance enters my unit a full 24 hours BEFORE the official date of maintenance that is posted on my door. very poor maintenance, poor experience, and the whole pass the blame" scheme has grown old."

Palm Road Apartments
I live here. Rent is to high the building is old and needs work. Noisy. Landlords are nice and get things done. Safe and comfortable. Overall not bad. Its clean.
