Just returned from a trip out of country We used Giant Tree for the first time on our trip. Absolutely outstanding. Exactly what we needed with no fuss or aggravation, reasonably priced, easy installation and worked flawlessly. We couldn’t be happier, and we’ll certainly be returning customers.

I have not used the actual eSIM that I purchased as of yet, however, Giant Tree was very helpful in helping me understand the purchase and activation process, and was even able to give me some information about eSIM use and details around avoiding roaming charges with my provider (Rogers) that Rogers itself was slow or unable to provide.

We’ve used Giant Tree’s services twice now to purchase international SIM cards and both times our experience has been flawless. GT is super knowledgeable and responds very quickly to any of your questions. I will always purchase from them when I travel.

We travelled to the US in December. Our Canadian phone carrier was not compatible with US 5G networks, so we knew that we would be unable to use our phones while in the States. Checked with T-Mobil on their website to determine if our Samsung phones were compatible with their system (this step is important) and then purchased a T-Mobil SIM card from Giant Tree on Amazon. I activated it online 2 days prior to crossing the border, switched SIMS after crossing, and our phones worked perfectly. We had excellent service with unlimited data, and then switched back to our original SIMS when we got home. We are not tech-savvy and it was easy!
