Henry was nice. Just bought one peeling and got the cream for free. Total $155. Never heard about this Novado brand ,but I will give it a try. Searching for this brand but no information. The funny part is after checking your skin they will introduce you a machine, 6000 something but discount for 3000. You will try for a loan and pay it off after 2 years. You use their machine, they said they will take your face picture in the beginning and after you are done using the product. I can understand this is business, but I feel the funny part is the customer using the machine, they get the picture of your result, and you pay for the product? If this is a test, you should give customer machine for free to be tested. That’s my opinion. No one wants to spend that much money for only one machine they don’t know if it works or not for them.The company should change the policy about no refund, only exchange ,or you can’t compete with Sephora, Mac,… even your product is so good which they have more professional service team.

On the contrary, this is the worst product I have ever used. After sweet mouthing me to spend so much money, all I got was rashes all over my face. Note: I haven't had rash on my face in years. I took the products back to the shop after confirming it was the cause of rashes, they refused refund or replacement. Very poor customer service and I think they lie their way into your pocket. I would never step in there again. Be advised.

I was at the Orogold Cosmetics in London/ON, I got the 24K Multi-vitamin Deep Peeling.Mathew was so informative, friendly, and exactly what a sales person should be.He asked questions and was ready to accommodate any concerns.He offered a skin consultation which I refused due to having something else to do after.Highly recommend going there.. you don’t have to buy, just enjoy the experience.Thanks Mathew

I had an oxygen facial with the esthetician Sandra, and she is amazing.She is knowledgeable about skin care and the products they sell; but her warm and easy going personality will really make you feel at home.It was a relaxing experience with 5 star service.I will definitely be going back

Jesse from the Masonville location is amazing!! he is such a great salesman and has an outgoing personality. He seemed genuinely curious to hear my thoughts on skin care and things about my personal life. He gave me a great deal too! Lovely experience :)

Jesse was very kind in the store, he showed me and my friend how the product work, sampling it on our hand. He also gave us very good deals for year long and two year long product lengths. The product is also very good for peeling away dead skin and making it more fresh and clean of acne and blackheads.

I enjoyed dealing with Divy as she is very knowledgable about skin care. She helped me to understand what I needed and suggested products that would help me achieve wonderful results. I highly recommend this store.
