Incredible company with incredible service.The boxes are big and sturdy to fit everything from kitchen appliances to books to clothes and shoes. There’s no need to mess around with tape and there’s no risk of the bottom breaking through. We took the 25 box set for our move and it was perfect. The wheels that come with the boxes are so smooth, even our movers said they were better than their equipment. I will never use cardboard boxes for moving again!These boxes made our move 1000x faster than I've ever experienced. They arrive, we fill them, the get moved, we empty them, Andrew picks them up. No searching at grocery stores, taping, recycling, etc. The handles, wheels, and uniform shape make them easy to deal with and arrange. Andrew was nice and responsive. And it was affordable! So impressed.Also, before I rented, I asked about bugs and Andrew took the time to explain his cleaning process. When they arrived, it was clear that these were sanitized.I'm very thankful for this service. Will never go back to dumb cardboard.

I knew going in that this would be an efficient and environment friendly choice for our move over cardboard boxes, but I was super impressed with the service too! I ordered 70 bins at first and they contacted to me to ask if I wanted to start with a smaller bundle. We lived in a one bedroom, but we have so many books and collectible stuff. They made two trips to allow my packing to go smoother with no extra charge. I only needed the 50 in the end which cost me less.Thank you PolarBox!

We had such a good experience with PolarBox boxes! They arrived on time and we were able to pack our large 3.5 apartment into about 30 boxes. It would usually take WAY more cardboard boxes (and tape) to pack. This was so convenient and easy to pack even my movers were impressed! Definitely recommend for anyone that wants an easy move.

I have used PolarBox for 2 moves now and both times it was a great experience. Andrew is always friendly and helpful and always on time. The boxes are all one size but are quite large and for other items that required special boxes/packaging I bought what I needed (far less than if I had to buy boxes for the entire move). The bulk of my move was done in these boxes and made me very happy to decrease my move's impact on the environment by using reusable packing boxes. The boxes are also very sturdy and can certainly handle some very heavy items as well as protect your belongings with their tough plastic. They also provide one dolly fitted for these particular boxes which is really helpful when you're organizing where to put the boxes before moving day without hurting your back. Overall always a very positive experience and really appreciate this service very much!

Had a great experience with PolarBox! Their website is decently easy enough to use and their staff is super friendly and helpful. Not only are the boxes safer, sturdier and easier than cardboard boxes, they are more eco-friendly and cheaper. Instead of wasting time going to pick up, assembling, breaking down and disposing of cardboard boxes, these are delivered to you when you want and taken away after your move. Plus, due to the easy handling and stacking of the boxes, your move will be faster - our move ended up being an hour shorter than planned because of the polar boxes! 1000% would use again.

Great service, the boxes were very sturdy and clean, easy to stack. Having a bunch of boxes delivered made packing go a lot faster. The owner said he is working on getting big boxes for larger items, which would help. For now, plan on finding a few cardboard boxes elsewhere for oversized or fragile items. But overall, I was very happy to have used polar boxes for my move.

This service was so easy, affordable and eco-friendly. Boxes were dropped off, spotless and smelling lemony fresh, used with minimal wrapping needed, and picked up when I was done. I honestly don't understand why anyone would use a cardboard box again, and will be thrilled to recommend Polarbox to anyone I know who is moving!
