I needed a few things for my car and there is a Mercedes store literally within 5 minutes from my home downtown. It was very tempting g to go there rather than all the way to the other side of town. However, I am so delighted that I did.First, I had a question of the navigational system and Ms. Kassandra Chiarello provided her expertise and was very willing to assist. You could see and feel that customer experience is very important to her. She offered her card and insisted to call her if there are other questions she could help with.I also dealt with Cyril Mackenzie in parts. He got out of the counter and showed me and explained the value of genuine approved Mercedes parts in my enjoyment of Te car and it’s performance. Pointed out some deals that I may be interested in as well. He certainly has a good command of knowledge of the products he sell.Both Kassandra and Cyril are great brand ambassadors of the dealership. Reinforced that drive and visit was worth my time.

My husband and I just bought a Mercedes SUV at the dealership. The staff there have made it as easy as possible for us. Our dedicated salesman Max was very patient and helpful to us, as he listened and wrote down what we were looking for in terms of price range, year, model, color, mileage, etc. and listed out the vehicles that exactly match our needs. After the purchase, he spent an hour going through the main functions of the vehicle before we drove away. I definitely recommend Max, if you plan on visit this dealership. We loved our experience with the dealership, as we feel respected and were treated with honesty and thoughtfulness. Great service, great people, and great products! We would love to revisit the store in the future for another vehicle.

Over priced on EQS Models..But may be worth to compare

I waited 2 and a half hours for my car to be washed when they already said my car is ready. Then in the end after waiting, I got my car back unwashed. My car looked dirtier than when I first brought it in. Luckily, the service guy said I can come back anytime to get a free wash. But it was a waste of time and an inconvenience.I've had too many bad experiences here, but maybe I'm just unlucky. Go to Lone Star Mercedes, you will get much better service there.

We recently purchased an SUV for our family. The dealership is stunning! Very well designed and tastefully maintained.Latif knew all the vehicles inside and out. He went above and beyond to make sure we purchased exactly what we needed. Latif, Courtney, Olivia and Daniel all made our purchase and delivery a smooth, enjoyable experience.We couldn’t be happier with how we were treated and will certainly recommend the dealership to our network.

The level of professionalism and service at this place is outstanding. Clyde Dlomen is the service manager I have dealt with and I cannot be happier. He is great, knowledgeable, and helpful and has solved our car's issues everytime. The shuttle service at this place is amazing too.All in all, I had never seen such a great level of service at any dealership before. Great job guys! Great job!

Graham was an amazing advisor taking care of all our needs. We originally got the vehicle at the DT location due to the close proximity for my spouse but now her practice is up north and this location is far more convenient for us, I had wish we got the car at this location. We put our car in for service and they arrange for a loaner for us. I forgot the name of the rep that assign the loaner for us, but she was fantastic as well! When/if we get our next Mercedes this location will definitely be where we get it from!

1st time using this dealership and definitely will not be returning. I was told over the phone the part that I needed and confirmed it again before purchasing. Spent over a $100 on the part which then turned out to be the incorrect part. I was also quoted $95 to install the part but when I arrived for the service the charge was now $185.I mentioned to my advisor that the check coolant light had come on just that morning and asked if they would take a look at it. In addition to the service I had booked. When I got my vehicle back I didn't notice until the next day that the warning was still on and when I looked at the invoice I was given, there was no mention of the coolant issue at all on there.I reached out to my service advisor after to see if I could get the correct part by exchanging the incorrect part that I had previously purchased so as not to lose any money. He then just gave me a part number and said that's all he could tell me. He then called me by the incorrect name and stopped responding to any of my questions after that.Overall the service that I received was definitely not up to par with what you think you would get at a luxury car dealership.They couldn't even fill up the washer fluid in the vehicle or check the tire pressure like any other dealership I've ever been to has done.Definitely won't be returning.
