Gongcha 贡茶 (Bubble Tea) McPhillips

Quick service, plenty of parking, and my drink was ok. Gongcha usually doesn’t disappoint!

I have been here far too many times since it has opened as it has quite quickly become one of my favourite bubble tea places.Everything I have tried tastes delicious, and the staff are all super friendly.

Got the Halloween special and it's actually bussin. It's sweet potato with some cream. Also the customer service is quite nice. Will come back here again.

Nice small shop.Lots of selections.Didn't take long for 1 order of 2 drinks.Tasted good.

I asked for a black tea with bubble. When I sipped my tea it literally burned my throat and made my mouth go numb. I went back to the store and asked the employee if I could get a peach green tea because the black tea is horrible. She said I could but i need to pay. I asked her to go try the black tea and she did. She took a sip and made a disgusting face and said wow that'd bad. But still refused to help me. She took my black tea and threw it in the garbage, and that's it.Definitely don't bother going here. Go to Panda tea, it's just up the street and way better customer service.

it’s my favorite bubble tea store here, I highly recommended mango green tea with cheese foam with less sugar! The store was super clean and all staffs very friendly! They introduced all details I asked !Best service! I will definitely back again.

This is for management.I never tried gong cha before. I arrived at the location before 10:54 p.m., and the employees have already closed the store. The open sign were shut down. Employees were already inside the restaurant, but they waved me, saying that they are closed. I drove from downtown to mcphilip location in bad weather, but i was not served though i was on time. I am not happy about that.

This franchise has been my go to for bubble tea for the past while. I have always been very happy with any of the drinks that I purchase. Today both my sons’ drinks were really watered down (too much ice, not enough lychee flavour) and my winter melon drink with milk foam was completely off. I’ve had it many times before and my drink today was so sugary it was practically “syrupy” I couldn’t drink it. I didn’t actually try it until I got home and was sorely disappointed. I’m thinking almost all the syrup for the 3 drinks was added into my 1 order. Had I still been in the parking lot, I would have gone back to get it remade or even request a refund.
