Viva Care Medical Clinic - Guildford (Inside Walmart)

I wish i could've just give 0 star.The receptionists is so rude, i went there ,first they are saying clinic opens at 8 AM and close at 4 which is not true , I was not feeling well so went for a walkin and someone there told me that receptionists usually shows up at 9 am , i was running late so i thought i can come back later and they were closed at 2 :30pm. Tried on another day ,the Receptionists was having her airpords on and was talking on her personal cellphone , was laughing so hard didn't even know that she is at work not in her house ,she said we are done for today come on the different day . i think her name is Jas I even asked her if you can book me for tomorrow she immediately refused and asked me to come on next day .She has no sense how to speak with someone , i am not sure why the company is having those receptionists if they are unable to perform their duties or may be company is having alots of money so don't care what their employees are doing , she should for fired ASAP or company should take some actions to see what's happening inside should install the camera to see the live version. I really had a bad experience.

Worst clinic. Don't ever go. For starters, receptionists were very rude and unhelpful. I overheard one telling another patient with a baby off. I understand you can't see everyone but there's no need to be rude. They had signs outside that said walk in welcome and low wait times, and when you get in they say not taking anyone. When I said I really needed to see someone, Jas just pointed to the QR code and said go and make an online appointment.So I make a phone appointment online for same day. I get a confirmation email, but no actual call at the appointment time. Dr Nirmala Brar called me 50 minutes late, and did not even acknowledge it. Just started the call checking if my name was right and said what do you need. Talked over me the entire time, actually told me off for not knowing if Ive had a fever. Said she would write me a prescription. I waited hours and received nothing. Tried to call the clinic. Get this, there is no way to speak to anyone at the actual clinic. It's just hours of operation and the extension for each doctor. The extensions all go to dead tones.How is this even a functional clinic?

Why I gave it one star is because I feel like being fooled.I asked the doctor to provide a medical note based on my body condition. I wanted to confirm the note with him but he did not let me see the screen. He just covered the screen with his hand. After paying 30$, I found the medical note is like 'The patient states... and he prefers ...'.Then the HR manager of my company does not accept this note as she thinks it was not the doctor's advice. I wonder if he didn't want to provide any note with his opinion, why he did not just tell me. Then I don't need to pay and waste time communicating with my manager.Should not the medical note be like the doctor's opinion instead of the patient's wish? Should they refund?Another thing that annoys us is the doctor made a mistake when referring my child to another doctor and then my wife had to cancel the appointment.

One of the doctors I had an appointment with a couple times named Hans Wu will not fill out a Mental Health Condition form as part of the requirement I need to renew my security license. He made some unjustified excuse claiming he can't risk having his doctors license suspended or canceled due to the possible risk I may do after I get my newly updated Security License. All the other doctors I've seen in the past filled out the form without fearing they would risk their doctors license being suspended or canceled. I've been with the same Security company for the past 3 years, I've had no problems on the job and have a perfect record of being early on time for each of my shifts. This Hans Wu doctor is either too paranoid or is flat out discriminating against me for no good justified reason. I'll never go to this garbage medical clinic again.

Dr. Wu and the front reception are amazing! They are patient, efficient and help you with whatever you need. I have been going here for a long time and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Wu is very knowledgable and he listens to what your concerns are. The best doctor I have ever had and I feel lucky to have him as my GP.

Great doctors but the wait is so long. Every time when I'm at my scheduled appontment, the wait at earliest be 45mins but normally be atleast a hr long past my appontment sched before I'm even called into the room.

I do not recommend this clinic at all. I made an online appointment for 10:10am and the doctor called an hour later with no communication that the call maybe late. The office phone was busy so calling was next to impossible.The call lasted about 3 minutes and 30 seconds and Ibrahim was very unhelpful and rude.

THE BEST DOCTOR SO FAR!Booking online is very easy.He is very straight to the point, I make sure I have my list of concerns before meeting him for check up. He provides literally everything we ask him for, not just for me, but also for my husband and my son. He literally knows what he is doing. And very considerate too. He's very professional.Staffs and receptionists are very helpful and nice too.I highly recommend this clinic.

The receptionist are fine, they don't pickup the phone but they do get back to you via email at the same day. The doctors are always rushing, especially Dr. Wu. He was rushing me, not listening to my concerns, and disrespectful at some point. I left the clinic after seeing him feeling upset and disappointed as he did not assist me thrughout my health problem at all.
