I used Vancouver Rent It for 4 years, until the owner of my unit sold the place. As my property manager, Ken Chow was nothing but professional right up until my final day of tenancy. In 4 years, there are undoubtedly going to be repairs needed in an apartment. Whether it was the sink, fridge, or dishwasher, I always had a repairman come over to fix the issue right away, usually within a day. Whenever corresponding through email, phone, or text, the replies were prompt. I now live in a place where the owner has no property management company. It is a nightmare to get things repaired. Do not put yourself through this. Instead, search out Ken Chow (or anyone at Vancouver Rent It) and he will find you the home you desire as well as ensure the duration of your tenancy is stress free. I was looking for help to find tenants during the beginning of the pandemic and found it very challenging. Hired Vancouver Rent It to help out with the process, he dealt with the advertising, viewing, move in process for tenants, contracts, etc. it made the work much easier for us and allowed us to trust Haze with finding someone to rent our suite.We have had questions from time to time about the contract and what can/cannot be done over time, Haze has been super helpful in guiding us to where to look and also reaffirming the conditions outlined in the contract (sometimes we have missed details).Definitely recommend Vancouver Rent It, they are efficient with your time and you can leave everything in their hands to help you handle the logistics.
