Drive thru was not busy. Ordered teen combos and clearly stated I had their coupon twice. Got to pickup window and as usual the server looked unfriendly, she had the card reader out and I handed her the coupon. She quickly produced the card reader again. Gave the drinks and food with attitude. I suspected she did not apply the discount coupon and checked my account and that was the case. Not sure how many times you have to tell them. The onion rings were terrible, clumped together with breading coming off and noticeably less rings. The combination of unfriendly service and mistakes will anger customers and lead to less sales. It appears to me they do not like the coupons being used. I will not be back to this location and based on the reviews I read there appears to be service issues at this location.

Orderd new frozen root beer and smoothie, had to wait 10 minutes for it and when we got them they looked like a small in a large cup, employee said it was automatic and they couldn't fill it up anymore....15 buck for 3 drinks and I got smalls... you scammed me and I will never go back......Should be able to rate NO STARS

The only problem we have is that sometimes we feel don't get enough onion rings for the price that we pay. Other then that we really enjoy dine in when Lovepreet is working. She and the other staff are friendly, they go the extra mile for customers. We enjoy the customer service and experience all around. 4/5 ☺️

A&W is a Canadian classic and is one of my two fast food places. Hard to beat the Teen burger and fresh made onion rings!

Great restaurant with great staff. In recent years I came here more and more as McDonald’s Prices became more comparable with A&W. I figured I’d pay a few dollars more for a better burger.

All A&W is good...burgers are always good. But this location is the best. Fresh hot food! Fast service! Friendly staff. Best burgers and onion rings!

All 4 locations in the north side of the city have the same problems.They make you pull to the side so they can do 2 3 orders at once, make you wait 10 15 mins, and when they do bring the food, its cold and so poorly made it's disappointing, and it's become mandatory you double check the order because they never get it right.AnW used to have the best tasting burgers, and good service now with the people they hire, the quality has gone to the wolves.

Wonderful experience at this restaurant, the food was so good as well as service was fast. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, excellent, I recommend it to everyone must visit.
