Exceptional Customer Experience!!!!!!Without hyperbole, the easiest and most pleasant eye exam I've every had and can say due to two people, Iris has raised the bar of the Eye Exam from a conventionally very transactional experience into a pleasant and amazing customer service experience, thanks to the exceptionally professional, personal and kind service by both Gabriella and Albert. It would be my pleasure to continue to return to Iris at Market Mall with my family for many years ahead. Keep up the great work, it is noticed and makes all the difference

I lost my prescription sun glasses so I called in and spoke to Gale. Gale helped me in store as well and was great. So I called in they had my glasses on file and reordered them. Saved me a lot of time. I know they will be correct and they will also adjust my other glasses as well when I come in.

The whole team at Iris were incredibly accommodating for me today. Having found myself in a position where I just flew into Calgary with no lenses and out of date perscription glasses, I was looking for an urgent new perscription before I embarked on my holidays. The receptionist was so understanding of my situation and arranged for Dr. Meloche to see me right away. I can't thank them enough.

I appreciate the time and care Dr Meloche gives at each visit. He asks lots of questions, answers my questions, and listens, as well as troubleshoots as my eyes and needs change as I get older. Appointments are on time, not rushed, and personal. I am a contact lens wearer, but my spouse has purchased 2 pairs of glasses from IRIS and has really appreciated the honest opinions and suggestions (and care!) given when picking frames.

i have been going here for almost 10 years and it’s been excellent ever since! the staff are so nice and it’s so easy to book appointments, call in to order new pair of contacts, etc!! Dr Simon Reid is the best! he is so kind and takes the effort and time to get to know the client and help them with whatever :) if i could rate them 10 stars i would!

Service at Iris, Market Mall in Calgary was, and is always,outstanding. Stacy Flaglar is very conscientious and detail oriented. Her valuable and very entertaining input was greatly appreciated.She was also letting a new rep shadow with her and I was very impressed with her mentorship.5 stars Stacy !!

I've been going here for 10+ years to get my eyes checked and for new glasses. Recently I had a change in insurance companies and my coverage no longer covers the price of glasses in store here (but I still got my eyes checked here).I called to ask if I could get the measurements for my glasses, they told me they would charge me $25 todo this and it was non negotiable. This is an absolutely ridiculous scam, and some of the worst customer relations I've ever experienced.Usually Iris is great, nice staff and good competent people, but I will not be going back after this experience. There is little room to help the customer out or give them something they need in order to get service elsewhere. I'm so disappointed.

Dr. Simon Reid is the best doctor I have ever seen during my entire life of changing my eyeglasses. His eye analysis skill is brilliant and check eyes comprehensively.I want to give him 5 stars because he deserves it %100
