The worst Canadian company for internet and phone, their customer service so rude and they make jokes if your English not fluent and they keep transfer you from one to another and the call will be disconnected at the end. your contract with them will be auto renew without informing you, and if you want to transfer to another company or cancel your service you have to pay high penalty fee.

Absolutely the worst internet provider and customer service. Internet goes out every day. No one answers the phone. This company should be shut down

Folks, don't sign up for Primus. You will absolutely regret it. Problematic connection + typical wait-time for a call to customer service is 45 mins or longer. When I finally realized I need to just go with a real internet provider. I waited for 45 mins on the customer service line, before giving up and switching to emailing them. First they responded saying I need to pay $100 cancellation fee, and then told me someone from the retention team will call me asap to resolve the issue. Three days later. No call! So far I am still paying for the internet I don't want as I can't reach anyone to cancel it.

As you can see every review is one star, Primus is a scam stay far away from it i lost hundreds and had no internet for 10 days

I would give 0 if i could. No stars. Worst internet company EVER!!! Do not use their services. We have home internet with and the amount of issue i had with them is out of this world. This company is like a joke to me. Their internet is never working. Whenever i try to call them because my internet is not working, i wait for hours, i can never get in touch with someone. I am on the phone with them as im writing this and i have been waiting for literally more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, LITERALLY. This is a JOKE!

Recently signed up with primus VOIP home phone service for $12 per month with unlimited features. no hidden fees or long term contracts, excellent customer service and technical support. I would highly recommend.

A bit of an odd review here. I ended up signing up for Primus through Costco due to the advertised low price. When I went to cancel my contract with my Previous ISP they offered me a deal to stay with them that I did not they would ever offer and could not sensibly refuse. With this in mind I decided to cancel my contract with Primus pre-installation. Reading other reviews I thought this may be a difficult endeavor but was instead pleasently surprised that I immediately got through via a phone call ( no luck by email to be fair) and the agent was friendly, understanding, and made it simple to process the cancellation and return of equipment. Agents name was Sarah I believe. If and when prices with my current ISP raise again and I am unable to negotiate them back down as happened this time, I am quite likely to go with primus again

This is the worse company ever; I could write a book from my experience; their approach to the customer first is completely non-existence, their systems are completely disjointed, they want to charge you for almost anything, try to hide around the bush so you pay more, they do not honour their word, I called to cancel the service, returned their equipment, I called a month later to make sure and they tell me they did not receive it, so good thing I took photos before I shipped, I had the tracking and the label and everything so I could trace it back. NEVER get service from these people if you do not want to have a huge headache. DO NOT USE THEM
