Awesome store and super friendly & knowledgeable staff.I got my Radar EV replacement lenses here. They offered to help but I left my sunglasses at home and it wasn’t that hard to replace.

The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. Oakley has one of the best sunglasses with any type of frame that suits your needs.All of them are very stylish, comfortable and high-quality compared to other expensive brands. Overall, very happy; no complaints.Oakley is the way to go.

A great experience and Mitch made buying my first pair of Oakley’s a pleasure. He is very professional displaying lots of patience and product knowledge. I returned my first pair and found that after wearing them for a while I wanted a different fit. I took my time and with the help of Mitch got my PERFECT pair. Mitch is extremely helpful and is a definite asset to the company. I retired from business but would have loved to have had half a dozen Mitches. Thank you very much MitchGerry Pigeon

Very bad costumer service , I came from very far to change my glasses ( extended warranty) they din't have my model , their apps din't work( so they can't mail them to my place) ,they refused to take my name and adress to replace them when the apps work again or to give me an other model ( I agreed to pay the price difference if needed) . They blocked every solution and said that i was rude but i was very polite and they refused to identify themself or to put a note in my file... i live far from the mall ,but guess what, they don't care!!! 0 flexibility ...

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. I went specifically for eyeglass frames since I was having trouble finding a variety of models in store to compare. Great selection of models, unfortunately there were not all colour options for each but totally understandable.They aren’t able to add prescription lenses, but great experience with staff and selection, if you don’t mind bringing frames elsewhere for the Rx not a dealbreaker.

Annie was amazing. I went to this location to buy my first pair of ski goggles. She showed me the ones I had seen in the website and after talking a little bit, she let me know that I was buying the wrong thing. She showed me the correct goggles of around the same price that I was looking for. She also showed me a great helmet (that I wasn't planning on buying) and I bought it because it was a great deal. Today I tried the equipment purchased and it worked as she described.
